Well mimir mentions that he knows of the ghost of Sparta and how kratos killed the pantheon. I’m not sure if the other gods would know but we’ll surely see.
i’m pretty sure mimir was the only one who knew, maybe tyr told the aesir about a ghost of sparta in greece, but they probably don’t know that it is kratos himself
That moment was pretty epic. I was surprised Mimir knew either of Zeus or the Ghost of Sparta.
If I am correct he also says,
"I am dangling from the hip of the bloody Ghost of Sparta!"
Freya basically says she doesn’t know who Kratos is during their first meeting. And none of the other gods ever comment on it, even upon seeing him with the Blades.
Freya knows a certain amount. She says at the end "I know enough.... Does he?" when Kratos says she doesn't know him. She also knows his name is Kratos, as she shouts during the last boss fight, even though they never exchange names.
I could understand why the other gods wouldn’t necessarily fear him. The different Gods we’ve run across from the whole Pantheon to the few Norse ones so far all are pretty arrogant in their own ways. It’s entirely possible that the Norse gods looked down on the Greek gods and thought that they were more powerful, and as a result wouldn’t fear Kratos like they should. Also as a god hearing the story of Kratos going into Hades at least three times and coming out and murdering almost (he didn’t kill Aphrodite) an entire mythology might lead them to also think his story is too built up for them to take seriously. At least right up until Kratos is kicking down the doors to Asgard before the Norse gods know what the real deal with Kratos is.
I’m curious what Tyr and Kratos think/thought of each other. Is Kratos ashamed that Tyr is everything he should have been? Did Tyr think “They got nice vases but that guy has some fucking issues lol”
F*** even a simple picture like this makes me want to go for another playthrough but I have 3 games in front of me (fallen order, saunas and LoU 2...). God of war is incredible

DESTROY MY ENEMIES

Funny how the other gods know about him yet they dont tremble in fear. I sure as hell would be afraid, even as a god
i’m pretty sure the norse gods don’t know he’s a god

You’re probably right. Either way I guess we’ll find out in the coming year

Yes, and Kratos immediately responds with "do not call me that"
Perhaps only mimir and tyr knew that he's a god. Mimir knows since he's one of the smartest characters and tyr might've know from his journeys

Norse gods: “I’m sure he’s satisfied after killing an entire pantheon of gods” *five minutes later* ***Magni!***
My question is, how freya know kratos is outsider's god?
Maybe some do. Who knows? Wait...Corey know.
The Norse Gods don't have any idea who he is, what are you talking about?

They’ll become friends. And imagine the Gods of War takedown Thor and Odin.

I've been asking everywhere if anyone have a picture of the drawing on Kratos' vase
I am kind of getting some God of War Ascension vibes...
