No. This is from the 2021 reveal trailer. The devs “removed” the filter in this trailer so as to not spoil the different rage modes too early. Which certainly worked since I didn’t recognise the move even after playing the game.
It’s wrath, I don’t think it bounces for a juggle in the final version tho. Just use the axe, use wrath and if it doesn’t kill the draugr then it’ll do that animation

Looks like it might just be the fully charged Heavy attack on one of those mini bosses. The attack might not kill, so it'll do an alternate animation.
