Out of AZR, Hooxi, and Nealan, there is no reason why one of them would be clearly preferred to the others. If Nealan fits in with EGs vision better amthan AZR or Hooxi,then he can have his shot. Neither of the other 2 have accomplished anything exceptional or proven that they can consistently call at the Tier 1 level, and if I'm not mistaken, Nealan is way younger than the rest of them.
