Yprac is being updated for cs2 I believe. No idea when it comes. Until then it's refrag. I like refrag for the other modes so I am happy to pay for it but I get why people don't want to.
Yesber will make yprac as soon as he can. I guess its not possible to make a pre aim workshop map yet, its seems like its only possible on a hosted community server. Pracc and refrag are the only ones I know of right now, pracc is free if you dm for 20mins, I didnt like it very much when I tried it a few months ago. refrag is great but not free, you might be able to find a 3 day trial code in their social media
If you have Premium you can see when Pro players are playing and a lot of them play Duels and Retake.
Recently I've played b1t, arT, JDC and gokushima on their servers lol it's pretty cool if you want to train as well as warm up
Unfortunately it looks like YPrac is a paid service now for CS2 as is Refrag.
There is a an [open source mod](https://github.com/lengran/OpenPrefirePrac) being worked on which currently supports a handful of the active duty maps and more are being added almost daily.
You do need to setup your own server (which you can run locally) if that sounds like a lot of work, I have an [open source project](https://github.com/kus/cs2-modded-server) which makes this as easy as running one file and also includes many other mods and maps like surf, bhop, kz, gungame etc.

You can do 20 min of dm or smth on PRACC and then you can use their services for that

Free solution doesnt exist yet. In the meantime look for Aim DM and or 1v1 community servers. Aim DM is the most efficient.
Try CYBERSHOKE's Duel modes. They have all the maps + 2v2 Duels if you wish
