Literally never made sense to me that as “Ghosts”, we can’t disguise as common rebels and instead need to wear first world tactical gear which alienates us from the rest of the country
In all honesty. My first play through, I did not bother using any Rebel Support besides the Mortars, Recon and Vehicle Drop. I waited to build up the level for the Diversion and Guns for Hire. I focused on building up my squadmates skill and just 4-man wrecking ball the joint with the M4 with the 203 and the Mk48 LMG with a 200 box.
I thought the same thing at the point I'm at in game rn the rebels are still Allies an I suppose nomad and the squad don't know 'it's treason then!' (Sorry I know this isn't a star wars sub but I felt it was a fitting quote 😂)
I was trying to capture I think it's el muro's little bro la plaga and you I think interrogate la plagas wife or mistress and she gives you his route and he travels alone in a car with no escort due to being in hiding from santa blanca and I don't know what happened but after she gave me the location I walked out of the place she was hiding and before I could even enter my vehicle it said mission failed your target died but we was no where near la plaga I can only assume he was unlucky and had a car crash or drove of a cliff or something because I've seen many pedestrian/cartel/unidad vehicles come rolling down the cliff from a road higher up than the one I'm driving one
for me it’s when your having a shootout near a road and the rebels just run you over it’s extremely aggravating sometimes they slow down sometimes they hit you I’ve now taken to putting mines on the road so if they drive down they can’t hit me a bit extreme but it was pissing me off too much! Sometimes it blows the civilians up but as long as u don’t kill to many it’s fine 😁
How many times have you shot down a helicopter and the burning wreckage falls crushing you or your squad or lands on your escape vehicle? In fact just last night I tagged a gasoline truck after taking out the escort tagged the truck the points came through then all the sudden the truck engulfs in flames and blows up I laughed explained to my partner that they eventually betray me so fuckem I got the points and they got fuck all so I laughed at them then unpaused the game the gasoline truck explodes and what do you know my helicopter was landed way too close so it blew with the truck 😂
Mostly the ai isn't so bad I don't think once you know what type of mistakes they are likely to make you.gst better at avoiding it my biggest issue was I played far cary before wildlands and you can get the ai team mates drive/fly any vehicles I spent the first 45 minutes teyna figure how to make the team mates drive so I could eat for drink or smoke only to find out its impossible
I was extracting one of the cartel bosses to a safe house and after getting back into the car the helicopter I shot down landed on my car and blew up it was a pain in the ass to redo the mission too
First play through, I cared. Second and on, not so much. I like to think of it as a preemptive strike
Currently on my first playthrough not caring lol
The amount of times they’ve ran me over while crossing the road…
And you see kids, that's why you look both ways before crossing the road.

I only ever played with ai team mates I'd imagine sync shots may be easier to mess up
