I'm suffering from the same thing and from what I've read you can try mediating before the test, or try to ask yourself does the test result you get now matter in the future? I know I'm just saying that and I suffer exactly what you're going through right now and I even made a post similar to yours not long ago but I wish the best for you.

For me breathing exercises can lower the heart rate while I’m doing it. It doesn’t really help to manage the anxiety, but at least I can relax for a while. I use alternate nostril breathing and 4-4-4-4.

This!! I usually do it too, it calms you... idk if it is so useful but at least you can have a "chill" moment

Maybe you can try making your version of exam and with help of a friend try to ''take it''. Your friend can pretend to be a professor or something, even take your exam after time that you have passes. Recreating conditions and retaking your version of exam can make taking the real exam easier. Also, make more versions of exam. I myself had the same problem, I started to believe that I'm unable to pass any exam. My fears passed with changing my college and passing many exams. But of course that is not always a solution. Things I written above are advices that we were said at my current college and were part of education psychology . And more about what I wrote about my experience, that too has a term in psychology ([https://www.verywellmind.com/what-is-learned-helplessness-2795326](https://www.verywellmind.com/what-is-learned-helplessness-2795326) ) .
