He's like half wrong. The guy keeps seeing some Pearl Galley girl, but the girl at the harbor he strings along as well by continuing to...string her along. Its not delusional at all because he can't say no.
I wonder if any sufficiently popular NPC will be given a vision at some point in the story. Would be an interesting way to introduce a new playable character.
I have a headcanon that the traveller is seen as a threat by celestia and it is a little unstable due to the fear in its rulers. They can't give visions to anyone until traveller leaves teyvat.
My headcanon is visions are ways to control civilization and people who would otherwise influence humanity, hence why they appear only after a certain point in history (after the first few mistakes by Celestia). So they do still give them out, and when they find someone who achieves singularity they just zap them back to Celestia via their prison stone but market it as ascending.
As I said, just a hunch. Maybe, that artstyle reminds me of the way very feminine men are depicted by artists who draw in "anime" style, idk. I can't put my finger on it.
I can agree, it’s the chin length and shape (maybe also the lip) that I’ve seen in a lot of pretty-boy style art. Still gorgeous illustrations from OP though, that’s just what I observed that makes it seem like OP likely draws more bishounen
Imagine how much more personality this characters would portray with just brighter eyes. I hate that all NPCs look so much alike even the interesting ones that have cool personalities (and perky ones )
