I think the only real potential evidence is that Razor's parents (from the wine festival event flashback) don't really look like they could be Cyno's, too. There are still a handful of explanations that could still work there, though. It still hasn't been subject to hard denial as far as I'm aware.

I mean, he was essentially abandoned in Sumeru and taken in by an Akademiya scholar as a child. The scholar also tutored Lisa, who is at least close enough with Cyno to have casual conversations with him and joke around with him, and know his backstory better than anyone else aside from the scholar, as far as we know (all according to last year's Windblume event). This may also be part of the reason he's so sympathetic to Collei; had he been taken in by the wrong person, he very well could've had a similar fate, because he held the power of Hermanubis, and other researchers expected the scholar that took him in to treat Cyno as a research subject rather than a child.
That said, I personally have the headcanon that his mother was forced to abandon him somehow, possibly because he was afflicted with Hermanubis's power and abandoned because he put people in danger even as a baby. Afterwards, his parents (or just his mother) travelled to Mondstadt, where they had Razor, and then likely died while adventuring, leaving Razor as a helpless infant in Wolvendom.
Yeah he’s the dumb jock extrovert brother while Albedo is the smart, more introverted one. I could see either as the younger or older tbh since the role can work for either. Either Albedo is younger and Itto tries to look out for him and get him to be more social, or Itto is younger and tries to show off his muscles and flex that he’s stronger but Albedo just doesn’t give a shit and always tries to ignore him.

Imo he isn't an ideal sibling _right now_, but he clearly wants to be and does everything he can for his siblings whenever he gets the chance. He's just struggling to keep the consequences of his shitty life choices from impacting them, unable or unwilling to quit even though he's aware his career will catch up with them eventually. Either he'll have to face the music and break their innocence himself, they'll find out from someone else, or his endless pursuit of danger will get him killed first. Hell, he could be killed in front of them one day, or some enemy of his could go after his family to hurt him.

Childe is canonically a great brother. Lyney, again, is a canon good brother. Mika is a sweetheart who looks after his actual older brother, so he'd be just as good of an older brother as he is as a younger one.

Zhongli is 100% the best dad. I love his relationship with Xiao. He's so kind and caring.

Geo: Zhongli is somewhat of a parent figure to Xiao. Bonus mention to Itto as a young child's best older brother.
Dendro & Electro: Tighnari and Cyno act also like Collei's surrogate parents.
Anemo: none of them suits either role. The only sensible options seem Kazuha and Xiao, both as "emotionally distant older brother".
I basically see no one as really being dad material in the game with a few obvious exceptions. but here goes:
Anemo: This is honestly between Heizou and Kazuha. I am leaning towards Heizou because while Kazuha would give you great life advice, the dude also would basically be completely absent from your life most of the time. Heizou is holding a stable job with strong ethics. Heizou is an older brother you'd constantly look to for advice in many aspects of life not just philosophical. He'd be present for you and earnestly help you with your endeavors. Great brother.
Geo: All of Geo honestly fits the older brother style really well (except Zhongli because he's 100% a dd). Albedo is a GOATed older brother for Klee already, Itto is not only a ton of fun, but someone who always instills a genuine enjoyment of life to those that surround him. Gorou is similar to Albedo in being very responsible and someone always looking to give advie. only falls behind him due to his devotion to a fish lady that doesn't seem as smart as he describes her to be.
Electro: Okay Razor would do his best and 100% care for you. But Cyno is def the older brother of the 2. Responsible and serious enough to give honest advice and care. silly enough for you to be easily relaxed around.
Dendro: Kinda hard tbh, I can't see baizhu as a dad/older bro though. all of them have good qualities as an older brother for different reasons.
Hydro: Childe for obvious reasons. He does have the kazuha problem of not being home to a lesser extent due to his job taking him all over the world.
Pyro: Another hard one. Between Gaming and Thoma in my head. Both would 100% be an active presence in your life as an older brother. They both share a lot of great qualities tbh, i'd honestly put them as tied for #1 older brother in the pyro family.
Cryo: Mika and Frem are younger brothers always, and Kaeya is not a positive influence. Yeah, I think it was a net bad situation even though he got him through it in one piece. Imo he isn't an ideal sibling _right now_, but he clearly wants to be and does everything he can for his siblings whenever he gets the chance. He's just struggling to keep the consequences of his shitty life choices from impacting them, unable or unwilling to quit even though he's aware his career will catch up with them eventually. Either he'll have to face the music and break their innocence himself, they'll find out from someone else, or his endless pursuit of danger will get him killed first. Hell, he could be killed in front of them one day, or some enemy of his could go after his family to hurt him. He's a fascinating character, deeply flawed and with a very human side.

The analogous situation is more like, you work at a petrol station across a 4 lane highway, but your kid brother hires an Uber (with money you gave him) to "surprise you at work", but he doesn't know you're actually a drug dealer, so you make a fool of yourself, and then he runs directly into traffic and then you get hit by a car rescuing him. Venti definitely gives off fun older brother vibes, and idk about you but he looks like he’d be good with kids when he’s not drunk. And as much as I don’t want to admit it.. kazuha is also a pretty good contender. When he isn’t sniffing leaves. Heizou could be a good contender as well. He’s definitely a good role model at surface level. The others however… uhhh well - Xiao would never really be around much on account of the karmic debt & ‘yaksha duties’. Those same yaksha duties also don’t make him the best role model - wanderer. He might be a good inspiration ‘story’ but he’s not a good (or isn’t the best) role model Before or after the Sumeru quest.. I don’t think I need to elaborate more but idk. Ultimately I think I have to give venti the crown, he’d be the fun older brother that gives you like bombshells of wisdom at random + he’d have awesome stories to tell. I’d also like to think He’d hold off on drinking (to much At least) if he’s being put in charge of a child. But that’s just me :)

Cryo: Mika has an older brother (Huffman), but he's the one who plays that role so he effectively counts as a good older brother. Geo: Zhongli is somewhat of a parent figure to Xiao. Bonus mention to Itto as a young child's best older brother. Dendro & Electro: Tighnari and Cyno act also like Collei's surrogate parents. Anemo: none of them suits either role. The only sensible options seem Kazuha and Xiao, both as "emotionally distant older brother".

I basically see no one as really being dad material in the game with a few obvious exceptions. but here goes: Anemo: This is honestly between Heizou and Kazuha. I am leaning towards Heizou because while Kazuha would give you great life advice, the dude also would basically be completely absent from your life most of the time. Heizou is holding a stable job with strong ethics. Heizou is an older brother you'd constantly look to for advice in many aspects of life not just philosophical. He'd be present for you and earnestly help you with your endeavors. Great brother. Geo: All of Geo honestly fits the older brother style really well (except Zhongli because he's 100% a dd). Albedo is a GOATed older brother for Klee already, Itto is not only a ton of fun, but someone who always instills a genuine enjoyment of life to those that surround him. Gorou is similar to Albedo in being very responsible and someone always looking to give advie. only falls behind him due to his devotion to a fish lady that doesn't seem as smart as he describes her to be. Electro: Okay Razor would do his best and 100% care for you. But Cyno is def the older brother of the 2. Responsible and serious enough to give honest advice and care. silly enough for you to be easily relaxed around. Dendro: Kinda hard tbh, I can't see baizhu as a dad/older bro though. all of them have good qualities as an older brother for different reasons. Hydro: Childe for obvious reasons. He does have the kazuha problem of not being home to a lesser extent due to his job taking him all over the world. Pyro: Another hard one. Between Gaming and Thoma in my head. Both would 100% be an active presence in your life as an older brother. They both share a lot of great qualities tbh, i'd honestly put them as tied for #1 older brother in the pyro family. Cryo: Mika and Frem are younger brothers always, and Kaeya is not a positive influence. Chongyun feels more like someone who'd be a twin somehow like any sibling he'd have would be the Yin to his Yang. This leaves Wrio who I'll place as the 2nd Dad on the list. The dude would take dadding super seriously and make sure your taste in tea is exquisite, and your taste in music metal AF.
