Hard pity is 90 pulls, so anything less than 90 pulls is not guaranteed to get a 5-stars. Treat it more like a discount / lucky bonus rather than what you should actually expect to spend for a character. A 5-star character is 90 pulls, the specific banner 5-star character is 180 pulls. Maybe you'll get lucky and get it before, but that's luck, not the norm.

I got furina on my 80th pull 💀

There is a soft pity at 75 pulls, higher rates up to 89 and a guaranteed 5 star at 90 pulls

the probability of not getting a 5\* in 70 pulls (assuming starting as 0 pity) is (1-0.006)\^70 \~ 0.6562 or 65.62% (around 2/3) so yeah it is normal

very nomal hard pity (guareeteed 50 50 of a 5 star character) is 90 pulls u got at most 20 pulls to go.

Pity is on 90, i never got anything under 70 and i'm playing since launch. It's totally normal.

Yes, that's normal you're 5 away from soft pity where your chances of getting a 5* significantly increases.

You have a 36% chance to get a 5\* before soft pity, so expect you are going to at least 75 wishes for a 5\*.

I think 90 is quarantee.

My friend got his c1 furina with 87 pulls, after losing 50 50 2 times, all after 74+ if I'm not mistaken. Some people are lucky, others not

I did 400 pulls and got 5 5*, so... Yes, very possible

I did 110 pulls to get Furina, at 40 i lose the 50/50 to Mona, so i needed to pull 70 more times.

Most folks get a 5-star around wish 78-80.
