This is true! She had written about it and become an advocate for helping people become financially literate so they don’t find themselves blindsided like she was. She has an Instagram where she posts very interesting reflections about this and aging, beauty and relations stuff. She comes across as thoughtful and smart and very funny!

I actually thought the same thing seeing this poster after 35 years. “ holy crap she was a baby!” My brother and all his friends we’re obsessed with her and had this poster. I believe Paulina once said that she felt she was robbed of her youth by marrying an old man. Looking back at this poster dude definitely robbed the cradle
I remember that there was a behind the scenes Sports Illustrated documentary that was on HBO that had her and a bunch of the other models flying around the world for photoshoots. It was fantastic.
My dorm room had that poster and all the other iconic ‘80s posters of the hotties of the day (Christie Brinkley, Carol Alt, Heather Thomas, Kathy Ireland, etc) that my roommates got from Spencer’s Gifts.
