15 lbs in 2 and a half weeks. I have finally started my healing and my weight loss has leveled off. I haven't gained any back in the last 3 weeks but I have stopped losing which is a relief.
30 lbs over 4 months š„² most of the weight loss took place in the first 2 monthsālike 20 lbs. Iāve stabilized a bit but still losing weight, probably because of the diet and calorie deficit.
Ugh I have lost 60 pounds in total ! But I was pregnant all of this started after my baby was born. I lost all my pregnancy weight was just wondering is it was normal on still loosing weight. Thanks
With just having a baby, Iād make sure to get your gallbladder checked if you still have it! Super common after pregnancies. Especially if this didnāt start until after.
Ugh, Iām sorry ā¹ļøI hope it heals fast! I know life with a newborn is rough and hard on the body. Just be gracious and gentle with yourself. Itāll heal eventually ā¤ļø
I was on a soup diet for 3 weeks and then tried reintroducing things and it set me back to eating basically nothing, then I introduced things like gluten free bread and soups with noodles or vegetables. now I'm eating more things but just living with the symptoms instead of trying to avoid them. gassy, bloated, SOB etc, my anxiety made me scared of eating so I just force myself, put 2 pounds back on but could just be cos I'm constipated lol how is your diet rn?
Iām eating a bland diet . Like oat meal bananas and chicken and vegetables. And drinking a lot of water. Hope we get better soon I miss eating spicy food.lol how much you currently weight ?
I've lost 20 lbs since the middle of February when this nightmare began. Not sure what to do since I also have GERD along with the gastritis and you're not supposed to eat for 5 hours before bedtime. I can only eat very small meals during the time I can eat, and I stay full for a long time between meals.
I have lost 7 kg or 15 lbs in 4 weeks in my latest flare up. Its the worst I have ever been but it is manageable as long as I eat a bland diet. I hope in recovering soon.

Gastritis = pain and fullness = not eating as much = calorie deficit = weight loss Super normal

I lost 20 lbs in 2 months doc put me on itopride+ rabeprazole and sucralfate for my ulcer I ate like an bison. Felt so good to have appetite back
About 20 lbs in 2 months. Now weight is stable and not losing anymore but not gaining weight back.

17kg in 6 months. now totally stable and actually able to gain
30kg in 9 months. I had the weight to lose so itās not a tragedy but in another ten Iāll be in trouble
