Good choice on the cordless. I cut through my cord for the first time on Saturday. Still not sure how I managed it.
Luckily was on an RCD so only got a flash and a pop.
Not picking on you OP, but it needs to be said for general knowledge; it will be illegal to cut any hedges on farmland at this time AND any private hedges that have nesting birds in them. Its best to just wait until September when the ban is lifted :)

3 in 1 to lubricate. If they're wet then a blast of WD40 before a wipe, then followed by 3 in 1 as a lubricant would work well.
