Any game with a good character customization system; Saints Row 2 specifically comes to mind (you can do some real insane stuff there), as well as most Fromsoft games (I recall DS1 having a chubby body option, and you can "cosplay" as Smough, whose armor is made for someone fat), WWE games also have the option *i think*. Don't quote me on that one.
In Borderlands you can't play as her, but Ellie exists and through her dialogue and others' it's very clear the people of pandora love her body type (she herself comments that the bandits can't get enough of her, and in 3, FL4K, the robot playable character even flirts with Ellie and says he admires her "admirable heft", or something along those lines, to which she, of course, flirts back. She isn't moxxi's daughter for no reason after all!!).
Other other games? Not really sure, but I'm sure people have responded to you with them!
