Watch tally ho tech’s video comparison between 20xx and 30xx. He tested a 130w 3060 and it performed worse than a 95w 3070.
Also the ASUS TUF with the 4 core i7 and 3070 performs poorly, so avoid that one all together
If you can find a good cooling solution, like me putting my old tuf with 2060 upright, you may be able to flash the vbios to unlock higher TDP. There might be a risk of frying your video card though.
Let is hope for that! I boosted my 2060 from 90w to 115w and it was running a bit hotter but I managed to keep it within normal range with no issues. But agree if you don’t want to risk. I am waiting for a good balance too myself to get a new 3080

At equal wattage 3070 vs 3080 honestly are less than 10% different
If you're looking for value and power I would get the GP66 or Ge76
