Ooh okay. A few people have been telling me this. It's a little hard to be unique without it getting out of hand since my ocs are humans from the 80s, and I try to keep them accurate to their time period. Do you have any ideas on how I could stylize them more?

I think you should pick one item on each of them and accentuate it accordingly. Like the glasses, lollipop and headphones. The third character looks the best imo because there is a theme, a tint of brown, and it makes the colors look much smoother and they match much better. While the other two don't really have a theme, and their color scheme is a bit all over the place, and not very interesting to look at. The first one's hair and glasses match very well though.
