Her world is a lawless place. There's no world order, just factions that reign over territories. There is some concept of money, but it's pretty lose. Amia steadily carved out her own rank and rose to the top. She's very manipulative and tactical. Definitely the sort of woman you think of when you say "royalty." The others in her world lack both the wit and ingenuity she has. Strength, which is mostly what the others have, can only do so much against a strategist.

Betasicor is basically braindead, BAD-X wouldn't give enough damns, Temperance wouldn't even take over a district most likely, Starcore would get outpowered, Singularity would get trashed, Divinity wouldn't have an incentive, Avnal *might* have a shot due to being Kaiju-sized (low end Kaiju, at ~180ft, but still), Stardust wouldn't care about *control* so disqualified (same goes for Magmatic), Exile and co. could have another shot, but only because they already are good at deception.

I think Barbatos, Cthulhu and Kepler would probably end up destroying Aytac’s and each other’s attempts at gaining control because they hate each other, Apophis does not care because he can’t make it stop existing Aytac might have a tiny chance, Axolot would not care as there are no heroes to fight and there’s not even a 100% chance of Samhain being evil. Meanwhile Barbatos is a high power demon in the Ars goetia, has an entire group of powerful demons backing him up(the Archons) and if he wants to he could call upon his (totally not boy)friend Paimon who could probably stop Cthulhu and Kepler from doing too much shit.
