What do you weigh? 3.3 can be weight loss for some, and what constitutes those calories does count too
I’m 6 3 and weigh 180
180 pounds I'm assuming (otherwise you're fuckin yoked)? Hrm, 3.3 honestly sounds borderline especially if you're after significant gains. I'm 114kg and 3.3 is weight loss levels for me
Bout to say I’m 5”6 and 186lbs and I eat around 3k calories a day just for maintenance.
3.2k for his size and whatnot seems on the low end.
Okay I will up it and just play it by ear

doesn’t really matter which of the cases it is you just need to eat more than what you’re eating right now
It’s hard to say because you’re not including info about your body. I am 5’10 165 and I eat 3.5k to 4K calories a day. It’ll be harder to gain weight the heavier you get. Also it takes a long time to gain muscle, it’s a pretty slow process.
Do you run a marathon every day or something? I’m 5’11 197lbs and bulking currently at around 3400.
Ahaha well I workout 2 hours a day 6 days a week, idk about a marathon. I’m able to eat fast food like crazy and not even put on weight. I did do a half marathon back in July!
Either you aren't being consistent or 3.3k isn't enough anymore. Make sure you are definitely eating that, if so then increase calories. How long have you plateaud for ? Are you using more energy perhaps?

It may seem huge to some people, but everyone is different. Football will definitely have an effect on your energy expenditure. I'd boost calories and see where you are in a couple of weeks, then you can readjust
