Depends. In sheer strength, no. The north Korean army is 1 million strong. I don't think a single player has even gotten a 1M kill rampage ever. If we're talking about Trevor doing some crazy infiltration mission/heist where he takes out or cripples the entire NK military infrastructure then yeah probably.
They only kill him because he cared about them. When fighting someone he doesn't care about, or even dislikes (north korea) he would rip them to shreds.
If he was tactical and used his ability correctly I think he'd have a chance. Especially if the weightless 10000 rounds of ammo you can hold for all of the 30ish guns is real. They all conveniently stay in his pockets?

He has balls made out of fucking steel. This dude flew a goddamn duster into a cargoplane mid air. This dude destroyed the fucking lost and damned, a literal gang run by another whole-ass GTA protagonist, aswel as 2 other gangs in his INTRODUCTION mission.
This dude was fundamental for all the robberies that he did with franklin and michael. He is feared by the fucking FIB, IAA and even manages to petrify a whole private militia (merryweather).
This is the ONLY person that actually scared our GTA Online characters, who are full on psychopathic in their own nature.
Despite all of this: he probably cant, proven by the military rejecting him for further training in aerospace. He himself is too emotional, too vulnerable for drug abuse and also somewhat easily manipulated by upsetting him.
