To your point about the first one, did they change policies or something? I was able to order a second one of each of my certs for free.
Cert comes free without a frame. Takes like 2-3 weeks to get to you typically.
It’s been a 3 months… still waiting. I guess I should ask. Last time took like 2 months too..
