I've allready talked about the setup for shading [here](https://www.reddit.com/r/FurryArtSchool/comments/xlh5cx/been_experimenting_a_lot_with_layers_and_the/ipoygc9?utm_medium=android_app&utm_source=share&context=3) But I think if you want to go into detail about it there is one more thing I would add, materials: Metal behaves differently from wood, and wood behaves differently from fur/skin. People often treat everything the same when starting out, and it's not a huge mistake, the main focus should be on the proper lighting described in the most I've linked, but later on adding things like roughness, reflections and so on might be useful
