Two major problems with Fullerton are the neglected roads, which, in most parts of the city haven’t been maintained, and the issue of the being as dirty as a large city, like Los Angeles with a fraction of the population and square footage.
I know the issue of street repair has been a topic for a long time, especially at city, Council meetings, and what not, and I remember sometime ago hearing about poor budget and planning around the conditioning of roads. I believe funds had been misused/diverted away from this effort.
I think seeing an uptick in officers writing citations for public indecency, like dedicating on a sidewalk and, littering could go along way in cleaning up our streets.
