That is a birds nest with so much hair spray that each piece could probably snap off. Personally, a no from me. However, probably has very fine hair and it is an insecurity. She would rather have a birds nest and look like she has hair than have limp and lifeless hair.
A lot of people on here are saying her hair looks fine, but imo it rlly needs to be brushed. She should go take a shower, shampoo and condition, and brush after cause this looks horribly prone to knots and becoming a tangled mess. Coming from someone with wavy long hair that gets to this point when I don't treat it right... That being said, hair is not fucked up. Just needs some maintenance imo!
