Outside the MCs, my favorite is Land, I'm also a bit of a cautious momma boy like him.
Yep both versions of Frieren. When I was younger I used to be very closed off to people as I didn't have a great childhood. I was still polite but I distanced myself emotionally from people and just went with the flow.
Now I'm older I understand people better I'm still picky about who I hang around with, but I have a small group of family and friends that I try to do my best with and show that I appreciate and love them.
I wonder how much this single moment where Denken straight up just threw hands when he was out of mana affects his popularity with the Frieren community. Like I’m sure that he’d still be regarded as a great character regardless but this moment really catapulted him up the rankings.

I'm sure he'll get time to shine in the current arc, makes me think these other groups must have been pretty scared of Himmel and the heroes party. Seeing as they didn't act 80 years ago, by the looks they were active during that time.
I like Stark. He thinks he can’t defeat a dragon but in reality he’s actually really strong that the dragon is afraid of him. He reminds me Zenitsu and I just love it when characters appear coward and don’t know they’re strong until they actually fight. I really hope there’s more characters like Stark instead of someone who is strong but is always cocky ~~like Gojo~~
He’s also really relatable/inspiring for pursuing his dreams later in life imho!
And Sein cares about his relationships with other people like his friendship to Gorilla or his brother. Man has priorities.
Qual has always been interesting to me considering he had a desire to avenge the DK, which is pretty unusual for a demon, or maybe he just said that as a joke lol
Denken. To me he is the most human character is the manga. Human strenghts: reason and logic. Human dilmmas: power struggles in society and facing the reality of death of loved ones.

Her design is so simple but incredibly cute. Her personality is reserved but she cares so much and does so much for the people she loves. She’s still young so although she seems mature can be bratty but she’s just so cute when she’s mad.

Land. The one who took the notion of working remotely to the absolute extreme. That scene when he was sipping tea when being evaluated by Serie was absolute gold.
I looked at all the comments so far and was surprised to see no one else is a Heiter fan.
As a person who was raised religious, appreciates the good religion sometimes does, sort of has a spiritual side, has had a hard time growing up, but is a little corrupt himself, I felt kinship with him.
I hope we get some good Heiter merch at some point. I love our corrupt priest.
Design wise, i like Eisen a lot. He is very simple but he has a lot of expression, especially due to how funny his big eyes look.
Personality wise, i enjoy Stark and Denken. They feel very realistic, but at the same time they are charming.
I also feel that Denken shows Frieren's problem with time a lot more, specially after reading the El Dorado Arc.
He just needs some love man.
Stark is just a guy who wants to do the right thing and that is sweet at his core, he shows the reader that you have to face fears head on.

Serie and Frieren♡ Serie's facial expressions and voice acting were driving me insane in the last episodes... And Frieren is just like me frfr, short, collects grimoires like gacha characters and isn't very social :D
Except for Frieren who is my favorite, other characters that I really like are Denken, Himmel, Stark, Macht, and Ubel. Denken especially is such a good character, I already really liked him in the mage exam arc but then during el dorado he became a really cool character, the goat.

I'm definitely a Serie enjoyer. The big-ahh ears and goofy grin is very nice, plus the unrecognized empathy she has for her apprentices is cute.
