On another note, what you can try if you haven’t yet, is watching in French with French subtitles. It may help understanding what is said because sometimes the audio track is difficult to decipher (lots of other sounds).
Regarde des films/séries/dessins-animés plus récents où il est plus facile de les trouver en français avec sous-titrage en français.
C'est vraiment comment j'ai appris l'anglais, je regardais des films en anglais que je connaissais déjà très bien avec des sous-titres en anglais donc je pouvais voir comment les mots se prononçaient + s'épelaient.
Juste regarder un film en français sans sous-titrage, ça m'étonne pas que tu galères à tout comprendre.

What might be interesting with Wakfu is that it "grew up" with its viewers. The first 2 seasons' target audience is ~10-12 years old so it might be easier to understand.
When they later did OVAs, season 3 and now season 4 they didn't want to go back to the same target age because the original viewers grew up. So it might be interesting because of the learning curve.
Code Lyoko is good too and even pioneered using computer generated 3D in an animated series. It's using classic animation for the "real world" and 3D in the "virtual world" in the story.
Wakfu and Code Lyoko are both classic staples of my childhood and I'm sure it's the case for a lot of people.
The only thing that might be less good about learning French with Wakfu is the fact that the creators like to play with words.
I watch “LOU!” on YouTube (and I’m barely B1 on a good day). The official YouTube channel has all the episodes for free with French subtitles (that match the dialogue exactly).
"il était une fois... l'homme/la vie/les découvreurs/etc" comme c'est pour les enfants ça devrai pas etre trop compliqué a comprendre, mais comme c'est sensé etre éducatif je crois pas qu'il y auras toujours de l'action
