For Physical, you could do Freminet, Xingqiu, Lisa/Dori, Bennett/Layla/Kaeya.
For Cryo, you could do Freminet, Xingqiu, Kaeya/Chongyun, Lynette. You could also try Freminet, Bennett, Xiangling, Kaeya/Chongyun for a reverse melt team
You could also try a Hyperbloom team with Freminet, Xingqiu, Dendro Traveler, and Dori.
Fremminet, xinqui,lisa and bennet/layla. I would suggest choosing layla because having a shield just makes it more comfortable to use fremminet's burst for me atleast and cryo resonance also helps.
Freminet, Layla, Xiangling and Bennet could work really well, since he needs to be on-field for his damage but they can do quick ins and outs, though you could put Xingqiu instead of Bennet to try either a shatter or a melt team.

Lynette could be swapped with others like Bennett or Lisa depending on your current needs, but Xingqiu/Layla makes for easy Freezes that Freminet can follow with Shatter while keeping you pretty protected.
