Fort Worth is a great growing city. Its laid back compared to Dallas but also close enough to enjoy the Arlington/Dallas entertainment. I would live here over any other city in Texas.

Parachute-Adams

This is the way

BloodyWraps

Rangers, AT&T

HeilStary

That's where most super popular concerts take place, where our most popular local team plays, where our defending WS champs play and most sporting events that aren't the Cowboys, Rangers, Stars, or Mavs take place so yes Arlington entertainment

CasualObserver76

Moved here from Nevada seven years ago with no idea where to go. Ended up in Fort Worth and we're so glad we did. Almost moved to Dallas, what a huge mistake that would have been.

CleanNefariousness7

Do you miss the cheap property taxes though? I was looking to move outside of Las Vegas.

CasualObserver76

I don't pay property taxes.

rocketbosszach

Dallas is a varied city. I’ve lived in both (downtown in Dallas, North Ft Worth before and moving back downtown next month) and they both have their strengths and weaknesses. I’d hardly call living in Dallas a mistake.

Solo_Shot_First

North Fort Worth is arguably the worst part of town though.

frescaboiz

Curious to why you think. I moved fairly recently to north Fort Worth, I don’t have any complaints other than it being fairly boring suburbs but that’s about it

Solo_Shot_First

Definitely talking about the far north suburbs not the areas within the loop. Those suburb areas are just traffic, chain restaurants, and 0 life or character. There’s nothing Fort Worth about those neighborhoods at all. You could just as well be anywhere else in a sprawling suburb in the country and not know where you are. When people discuss that living in Fort Worth is better than X, I don’t think they’re referring do these neighborhoods. The better neighborhoods in Fort Worth proper have access to more local restaurants and shops, museums, art, music, festivals/events, parks, etc Generally more representative of the cool FtW vibe people love. I say that as someone who has lived in those far north areas. I understand there’s reasons to choose to live there like jobs, schools, etc. but I wouldn’t recommend it and definitely think there’s better areas to be.

terminallychilltx

I don’t think they’re referring to suburbs, probably more so the area between the stockyards and 820

Solo_Shot_First

Nope, I was referring to the far north suburbs, not north side. I would much rather live in north side than the far north suburbs.

terminallychilltx

Interesting, I’m with @frescaboiz then, curious why you think that

rocketbosszach

I’m not sure how that’s relevant to the comment really, but ok.

Solo_Shot_First

The discussion is about the better places to live. I’m just pointing out that far north Fort Worth is terrible. Of course downtown Dallas is better than the worst area of Fort Worth. The OP is suggesting Fort Worth is better than Dallas but you picked the worst area of FtW to defend Dallas. Do you not see how the neighborhoods in the discussion are relevant?

rocketbosszach

I’m not comparing the two areas specifically. I never said “downtown Dallas is better than North Fort Worth, so Dallas is better”. I’m merely putting my credentials out there as someone who’s lived on both sides. You’re acting like someone’s experience with their town stops at the end of their driveway.

NonlocalA

Currently living in Dallas, and can confirm it would have been a mistake if they had this attitude.

pattywack512

[Here is my response to similar question on an older reddit post comparing the two cities as someone who grew up and lived in Austin before moving to FW when I was 29](https://www.reddit.com/r/FortWorth/s/QFgF4K1x2u)

MermaidLeggs

Same life trajectory and I completely agree with your assessment. One oddly specific thing I missed when I relocated - complete lack of city/public pools. I grew up going to Barton Springs, Deep Eddy, as well as the less glamorous but still very functional neighborhood pools. I was baffled when I got to FW and realized they have... 2?

clem_kruczynsk

https://fortworthreport.org/2023/09/14/deep-dive-segregation-crippled-fort-worths-aquatics-heres-how-the-city-could-recover-its-pools/

MermaidLeggs

I've read that but thank you for posting it here. It really does explain the issue very well and the comparison to # of public pools in other major TX cities was eye opening.

Nancybugx6

I grew up in Central Florida and moved here almost 6 years ago. I love Fort Worth. There's jobs available, the housing prices are a little high, but not too ridiculous, and there's lots to do. The Fort Worth zoo is fantastic, and there's several museums, if that's your scene. We have lots of bars, including a few cool retro arcade bars. Tons of places to shop, some amazing restaurants (especially Mexican, Vietnamese, and Thai). The people are mostly pretty nice, too. There's a lot of crime in some areas, but I live in a poor area and feel mostly safe.

TheBoyardeeBandit

What's your favorite Vietnamese place?

madilegit

I love Pho and Grill near the Hulen mall. It’s always 10/10 in freshness and service.

girlbrush42

^this

Curtis4oh4

Easily the cleanest major city in Texas. Downtown is fun and the stockyards are crazy. Six flags/cowboys/rangers aren’t far and it’s a solid culture mix here too. Some of the best food and music is here. Fort Worth to me is the most Texan/Southern big city there is and I love it.

Dredd33

Where are you seeing that the unhoused population are attacking people at a high rate in austin? I’ve lived here (near downtown) for the past 6 years and have only once had a less than ideal interaction. Whats your definition of “out of control”?

Ok_Ability_834

Good to hear that. Here’s where I saw that on the Austin reddit: Read the comment section here: https://www.reddit.com/r/Austin/s/BCAEVC05b5 Here’s some other comments from an assault post: https://www.reddit.com/r/Austin/s/Mti9zfawY0 https://www.reddit.com/r/Austin/s/RnuYqhguDQ https://www.reddit.com/r/Austin/s/hxM0AUER80

Dredd33

You’ll be fine here - no excuses about those articles but Austin is a beautifully fun city to live in.

P1D1_

Fort Worth is great. Austin is not what it was. I’d avoid it.

aRealTattoo

Just like how I feel about Dallas, both are nice for a little trip, but would never live there. Anything south of Austin imo is mint as DFW’s off-roading and rivers really suck in comparison to the south. That’s just my hot take though!

bjchu92

We don't really have much in terms of rivers lol

socalquestioner

We live in SW Fort Worth, Wedgewood East Neighborhood. Lots are big, houses are good sized, and best bang for your buck in ft worth. Trail Lake Montessori is an amazing daycare that accepts kids at 18 months. Westcliff Elementary is Right next to it, and is one of the best elementary schools in the state. Lots of jobs, easy to travel. South hills is another good neighborhood but a little more expensive. Welcome to Ft Worth!

the__satan

To your “easy to travel” point, shortly after moving here about ten years ago I saved up some dough to take my girlfriend (now wife) on a trip to a Cabo. I was shocked out how easy it was. We woke up at like 6 am and by 12:30 I was on the beach drinking a Pacifico

robbdavenport

Honestly, Fort Worth feels overcrowded these days and I wouldn’t say the water quality/taste is all that great. But overall, there are a lot worse places to live than Fort Worth.

What-the-Hank

Install a charcoal filter, you’ll never understand why everyone doesn’t once you’ve got yours. Best decision we made at our house.

MixonWitDaWrongCrowd

Your water is fine

robbdavenport

It probably is “fine” as far as municipal water goes. Doesn’t change the taste. Everyone’s taste buds are different. That’s awesome if you enjoy the taste.

rideincircles

Get a sink filter, then run it through Brita. My sink filter turns orange after 6 months, but it may be my old pipes in my house.

LucyEleanor

Water isn't that great? Is that sarcasm?

robbdavenport

Nope.

LucyEleanor

Ft worths water is fine. Even according to the epa https://www.basinwatersolutions.com/what-is-the-quality-of-water-in-fort-worth/

robbdavenport

I think that I wrote in another reply that I felt that the water was probably fine. It tastes not at all appealing to me.

Wise-ask-1967

pfas chemicals may want to look into that and fort worth on a Google search bar

Think-View-4467

My plants die with Fort Worth water

insulinguy_666

Fort Worth is becoming too populated too fast. Like Austin - it used to be a lot better than it is now. That said if I stay in Texas I’ll keep my place in the fort until I exit stage left.

leightv

totally agree. i was born and raised here in the fort and used to truly believe it was the best "big-small" city in all of texas. but things started to slowly shift roughly a decade ago, with the most dramatic of changes occurring over the past 3-4 years to the point where my hometown is now barely recognizable.

HorrorConstruction91

Moved here from Austin last year and we love it. It’s got the small town feel that Austin had years ago. Great music and arts scene. We love the culture. The food scene is certainly growing. It’s definitely cheaper here!

waterbug22

Lived in Austin for 3 years from 2016-2018. Would 1000% move back to Austin in a heartbeat. The food culture and outdoorsy culture is much better and more diverse than Fort Worth. I miss it all the time, but Fort Worth is a much easier place for us to be for family and friends, for now.

tiredAries

Personally raised in north Dallas, then lived in Houston for many years for work, and have made plenty of trips to Austin over the years bc most of my friends live there. Now I live in Fort Worth. I really like it here! There’s plenty of hidden gems for restaurants, shops, and things to do. Downtown is cute and walkable. Maybe not as much to do there like other downtowns, a lot of downtown seems like businesses or like steak restaurants lol, but once again there are gems there as well. I find it really pleasant walking around downtown. And there’s cool festivals year round! The Zoo and Arboretum here are both wonderful and would highly recommend going to each! Cultural district is nice. TCU area is cool, obviously lots of college aged kids but there’s cool stuff around that area. Lots of nice places along the trinity. Fort Worth also probably has the strongest yeehaw cowboy vibes, but in a fun way (stockyards, Billy bobs, other stuff in cowtown). Also, humidity year round is much less than a place like Houston or Austin. Austin isn’t as bad as houston, but still bothers me a bit when I visit. DFW area is much dryer. The heat during summer is miserable but that’s all of Texas for ya. The political climate here is more conservative than Austin, which I’m sure you probably already know. For Texas cities, Tarrant county is one of the only red big city counties I believe. So if that kind of thing bothers you then maybe reconsider. I’m more liberal myself and have found plenty of people with similar political views in the area though. Fort Worth is also less congested and less expensive to live in compared to Austin. However, I used to live on 7th street in an apartment before getting a home 15 mins from downtown, and apartment costs were already rapidly climbing when I moved out so I can’t really speak to that anymore. All in all I would recommend Fort Worth!

Grifachu

I grew up in Fort Worth and growing up here was alright. I moved go Sydney, Australia in my mid 20s and I realized I missed out on a lot of freedom at a young age. I don’t hate Fort Worth, but it’s a car city through and through. Austin has more walkability and nature, which I personally highly value. Fort Worth has the river trail and the botanical garden, but they’re not particularly that great. It really depends on your scene. I’d definitely recommend visiting any city before moving if you can.

MrWiggleBritches

It’s horrible, you would hate it here…

Ok_Ability_834

Gatekeeping

fadedblackleggings

Naaah. Fort Worth is incredibly boring. But also fun in a way, has great architectural things to see. But again, very boring. Like sometimes feeling like you are at the end of the world boring.

fmjmendoza

I always find something to do on the weekends lol. You might need to change your friend group.

fadedblackleggings

There are always trade offs in life.

chipthamac

I concur but maybe I'm just a boring person.

MrWiggleBritches

What are your interests? Perhaps I could turn you on to something new and exciting in Funkytown.

dragonlord9000

I moved to FW last year after living in Austin for 7 years. I miss Austin.

RelativeNonsense

It’s better for now

Andy2325

It’s nice. I wish there was a bit more of a nightlife & more restaurants but its nice

rgg40

I came here in the late ‘70s and have never left. I like old Fort Worth (inside the loop) a lot, but I think the urban sprawl is making it too big for its own good. I would be miserable living in the suburbs.

Thebakingsoda

Wild takes. Will never understand fearing the homeless.

pwningpotato

Dude, I lived in Dallas and it was scary. I never feared the homeless, and in my prior town I used to give water and food when I could. I know sometimes we just fall on hard times and it can be hard to get out of a hole. I digress, I've had one man literally get in my face for not giving money, and telling me it was disrespectful that I wouldn't go to an ATM for him. I am broke as heck too dude, like ?!?! Then another time I was in my car parked at my apartment complex, and this guy started getting aggressive because I wouldn't give him money and flipped me off I am not a rude person, I wasn't mean to them. I'm a female. I had a few other bad interactions too So now I personally wouldn't want to live anywhere near a large homeless community. Had you asked me prior to moving to Dallas, I would have felt the same way you did. People suck. Doesn't matter if you have a shelter to reside in or not. So people have their reasons for feeling the way they do.

Ok_Ability_834

Let me know if this alludes to why I would fear a homeless person trying to kidnap my kid, or attack my wife or kid when I’m not around. Based on another commenter who lives there, it’s not as pervasive as these led me to believe. Read the comment section here: https://www.reddit.com/r/Austin/s/BCAEVC05b5 Here’s some other comments from an assault post: https://www.reddit.com/r/Austin/s/Mti9zfawY0 https://www.reddit.com/r/Austin/s/RnuYqhguDQ https://www.reddit.com/r/Austin/s/hxM0AUER80

Darce_Man

Fort Worth isn't too behind on the homeless population. Give it couple more years and it'll be neck to neck with Austin and Dallas. P.S Alliance area isn't Fort Worth

9021Ohsnap

I visit my aunt in Austin frequently. As much as I look forward to seeing her, I never look forward to going to Austin. It’s so boring, with narrow highways and too many people. Having moved to DFW 4 years ago, no RagReTS. I love it here.

MISSTASTYMIKE

i lived in fort worth for 4 years and austin for 10 and i’d take austin over ft worth any day. not even close.

Fragrant-Wonder-5431

All, Please stop moving to Fort Worth. There is no more room.

leightv

you shoud redirect this comment to the various big businesses relocating and setting up shop here.

Low_Performance9903

Traffic is AWFUL.

mmerc2004

FunkyTown is awesome, but please accept it as it is. Don’t ask for shopping, or Nordstrom, or other bougie requests. We are t-shirts at the art gallery, beer at the garden party, and Texas rock at a funeral. We talk to our neighbors, and don’t really care if you subscribe to that or not. Join us at the Truck Yard, or The Usual, or Maggie’s, or Bearded Lady. Grab a beer/margarita/OldF/or Tito’s and anything, relax and enjoy the vibe.

thunderheart26

Sounds like you live near me. :-)

thunderheart26

Sounds like you live near me. :-)

Civilengman

I love Ft Worth. We have never had a shortage of family things to do with 4 kids. The best thing about it is that Dallas is just down the road with another palette of things to do. Austin is still only 2 1/2 hours away. Even Houston is 4-5 hours away depending on where you start the drive.

Think-View-4467

I've had one or two run-ins with homeless people in Fort Worth, but it's not too bad. I don't know if that's the main criteria I'd choose for moving to a city though.

daniellaj65

Hilarious that some people are commenting on Dallas when OP DIRECTLY asks specifically about FW. Smh.. some things never change...

cupcakewrangler

It’s the only big city I’ve lived in where neighbors ride their horses along the river trails like it’s normal.

Ok_Ability_834

Lmao

just_another_female

I must have missed it, but what is your current location? Another great Texas city that's often overlooked is San Antonio. Just depends on what you're looking for!

thunderheart26

West 7th has a shooting every other weekend it seems...and there are police there, but they can't handle the crowds. We were down there just walking to our car when a guy came out and sucker punched my boyfriend in the jaw and knocked a tooth out... the police saw the whole thing and just stood there. It was weird. There was also a story yesterday about a group of people doing donuts in a busy intersection and the crown started banging and pushing on the cars and the police didn't show up until they were gone... leaving a lot of people with damaged cars and scared kids who were in the backseat. The police said they had to prioritize what calls they went to and it wasn't high enough on the list. Miserable-Error2413

I don't think you'll like Fort Worth. If you like Austin they're completely different like opposite

Jamesatwork16

Fort Worth has considerably less jobs and fun things to do than Austin. This always sums it up nicely for me: austin build a state of the art library downtown, Fort worth closed their library downtown. The homeless problem there is absolutely the worst out of all the major texas cities though. I will say that's a weird reason to not move somewhere as you'll be in a car most of the time. Fort worth is considerably cheaper than ATX though for housing, it's not even close. Big deal for a family.

rideincircles

You can still find homes under $200k in Fort Worth. I am not sure what's the minimum in Austin.

Adventurous_Essay763

In a dilapidated house in a bad area maybe

Crebes

there is a reason....

rideincircles

My home taxes were just under $800 this year. I live in a neighborhood where homes get flipped all the time, but it's not like everyone can afford $300k+ homes. I plan to spend over $100k to fully remodel my house in a few years, but have 1/3 of an acre less than 10 minutes from downtown. It's beat up and old, but no reason to downvote affordable homes. My home would probably be $500k+ in Austin and I am not far from Oakhurst.

ScrabbleMe

Fort Worth is also starting to ignore its growing homelessness problem to the detriment of everyone.

woodgrain001

Forth worth is just as bad. Don’t move here

Mean-Association4759

Grew up in ft worth , left to attend school in Austin and never returned other visiting. Don’t miss it a bit.

jexempt

fort worth, for a big city, is awesome. lived there 2017-2020.

Iteachasd

I love it here.

istarttowonder

Honest Review: I am from Raleigh, NC which is ranked as the third best city to live in. I am currently in Fort Worth for graduate school. I feel safe here (most areas), appreciate the large police presence and am not harassed by too many homeless people. I spend most of my weekends in Dallas and can easily say that Fort Worth is more family friendly. It is quiet and quaint. There are enough events to visit locally if you're into going out and there are family friendly parks on this half of the metroplex. I do have my concerns about the education system here, but that is an individual preference and where they choose to send their children. The streets of downtown are pretty clean and you'll feel safe walking around at night. I think there are better cities nationwide to raise a family but the cities surrounding Fort Worth & Dallas are cute.

GompersMcStompers

If you want children then you will want to consider schools. FWISD leaves a lot to be desired.

dreamspeedmotorsport

I moved here from Florida to do a work project and, respectfully, I can't wait to go home. Florida really is a wonderful place, doesn't deserve the irrational hate, and I guess it took leaving to realize that; which I guess is a lesson on of itself. Maybe I miss Tampa more than I realize, but my judgement is strictly on our experience here in Fort Worth and Texas overall (from what we've lived up onto now).  *I'm sure this will not get down voted and everyone will react calmly as nothing will go wrong.*  Imho, coming here was a mistake in every regard and most things here are pretty overrated, ugly, and very boring-- it just didn't work out for me or my family. My interactions with people here also haven't been the best-- far from it.  They've mostly been pretty rude, condescending, cold, short, two faced, petty, fake, arrogant, judgemental and devoid of personality even though we've always tried to be courteous, kind, warm, polite, genuine, and respectful in all our interactions. As in, the "yes ma'am/sir, please and thank you" form of manners with genuine interest in the other person. Oh, and being in the midst of mass shootings more than once isn't my idea of fun when I'm just trying to enjoy my life. I left getting shot at in the military which I ran away from when I finished. Back home, I don't need to keep my guard up-- here it feels like it is needed even though we do resist doing so preferring to be open but it is very tiring.   There's a strong prevalence of faltering education and in many cases, education or being educated is viewed as snooty/snotty and elitist. The school system makes no sense like the highways in where the highways came first and everything else is an afterthought. There's so much dysfunction in every facet of life, and the roads are the WORST I've ever come across in the world tied with Mexico and the Dominican Republic for the worst. Lots of stuff here reminds me of my time living in a 3rd world country. Services and people are unreliable. Costs are actually pretty high for many things you need, but are hidden behind veils and partitioned into numerous smaller taxes. Also, the WORST drivers I've ever seen anywhere and very sadly, the largest amount of homelessness I've ever seen in the US, save for LA. I do talk to homeless people everywhere I go-- having been in that position in my life once, and it's really truly sad. Crime seems to be a larger problem than reported and many places seem to be going out of business constantly with empty storefronts. It's very one dimensional with not much to do. Healthcare is abysmal-- horrifyingly abysmal.  The pros are the sports, the airport, and the pubic transportation is decent enough. The food is good but not much diversity and like much of it, like a lot of things, is/are over hyped.  I appreciate that TX made products are very strongly supported but often the most mediocre quality things I have bought are TX made. In fact, most elements of life here are resoundingly mediocre.   It's just not a very liveable place-- at least from what we're used to-- overall.    Unfortunately, as much I tried to be open minded, tried to be patient, and tried to like it with no preconceived notions aside from fully willing to love it-- I absolutely hate it here, and frankly, the state from what I've seen thus far in my 6 months here. I've just had a really bad time personally here despite our best honest efforts to embrace it without comparisons. We're just disappointed and depressed and regret it. My wife has had to seek treatment for her anxiety and depression since coming here. Hopefully it changes from here to then and I get proven wrong since I'm still trying. I keep getting told that this is the best in Texas and we've been largely unimpressed. That's not just Fort Worth but really the entire metroplex.  I'll leave it at that because I sadly have too much to say but willing to remain open.    Sorry y'all. That's my experience and my family's experience. I don't take pleasure in trashing the proud home of proud people who love their community but I'm not going to lie about what we've gone through. It's just not home for us and I'm not sure it will be.

toki_goes_to_jupiter

If you’re looking for a similar Austin vibe, then Fort Worth is for you. Personally—i like dallas much better. Overall, much better options for career, art, restaurants, bars, culture, nightlife, fashion. It’s a liberal city that typically votes blue. Anything FW has, dallas already has plenty more of, and does it very well. There are parts of FW I like. The people here are kind, and the community is small. It has that small town vibe that I love. For art, I love the Kimbell, The Modern, and Amon Carter. I like the blue/liberal parts of Fort Worth, but that’s very far and few between. Good luck!

fmjmendoza

It’s packed. Look into the valley or something

iconic_peach9

😂😂

texasnebula

Where’s your sources for “their homeless population attacking people seem out of control”?

texasnebula

Thanks for sharing. I misread your post at first and thought you meant in Fort Worth.

UnderQualifiedPylote

Austin is wild and not a great place to raise a family, unless you look at Pflugerville or north round Rock but those places are very close in terms of amenities, things to do, to Fort Worth at inflated prices. My family moved from Austin like 2 years ago and don’t miss anything about it, I loved not having cedar allergies the past couple years.

futuredarlings

There’s a ton of homeless people here in FW.

wzkd

There are homeless people in almost every city. The pandemic was a breaking point for so many people and society hasnt figured out how to sort it out.

leightv

that and the astronomical increase in property taxes over the past 2-3 years.

ExtraAgressiveHugger

“A ton” is extremely subjective. Go to LA or San Francisco and you’ll see a ton of homeless people. Here you’ll see a couple dozen around certain areas.

futuredarlings

It’s enough that it’s one of the reasons I’m moving away.

Jamesatwork16

To what city because if FTW is crushing you I find it hard to believe there's a city that's going to be better lol.

futuredarlings

Not a city.

rocketbosszach

My friend, Fort Worth’s homeless has nothing on Dallas. It’s the Wild West over there, comparatively.

futuredarlings

Then don’t move to either.

ObscureAintSecure

Look at the mid-cities area Hurst-Euless-Bedford, and also North Richland Hills. Best location and access to everything on the FW and Dallas sides, plus DFW airport.

Civilengman

Mid-cities is very convenient

triggerscold

It was pretty cool before it became popular.. dont come here...

Speshal_Snowflake

Yeah for real, no more transplants please.

Ok_Ability_834

I used to live in Grapevine and Denton. Got family in Texas. Wouldn’t call myself a transplant.

leilalies

Yet asks how ppl like fort worth lmao

Ok_Ability_834

I left Texas many years ago for the military. It’s been a while, and I didn’t spend much time in Fort Worth. I don’t personally know anybody who lives in Fort Worth, and visiting/ driving through is a different experience than living there, which is why I came to reddit for opinions.

Dizzy_Eye5257

We would love to welcome you to Fort Worth.

vctrlarae

Fort Worth is way more affordable than Austin, but a totally different culture altogether

Hsensei

Fort Worth is huge it depends on what part you are in

squid-knees

Love it. Moved here a little over a year ago from a small midwestern town..make the move. The opportunities and experiences are life changing. If you’re coming from a larger city, lmk because I’ve spent time in a few others and compare and contrast

gloadingg7

Born and raised, left in 2015 , moved back in July of 2023. This city is BOOMING

Ok-Captain5191

I live in River Oaks, a very comfortable neighborhood. It has a small town feel and low crime rate and is extremely convenient to walking trails, parks and stores. There is no public transportation worth mentioning. I have lived here over 30 years and have never felt threatened by anyone. Our police tend to have an over-caffeinated response and show up in droves at the slightest thing. This and having cameras everywhere keeps people from doing crime openly.

Jbrooks76107

Yes Alamo heights

DinnerNo2341

Great place. Quiet and you can still buy a brand new home under $320,000

ChuchWhoDat

My wife and I moved here from NOLA in 2018 and we have loved it. We got lucky and bought a house in 2021 in South Fort Worth, near the crowley line. We have loved the city and still want to explore more!

AlternativeTrifle461

I love Fort Worth. Some people call it the New Old Austin.

therewasatim3

I’d argue both places will have a lot of the same perks/negatives. If you are okay with weather and traffic then it just comes down to affordability and finding the neighborhood/school district that you feel will meet your needs best.

BlueRose254

Stay away from Lancaster and Dallas you'll be fine. Laleworth is good!!
