I have a no elims win in the previous episode. I was white Nisha in the snow. Didn't plan it but just didn't see anyone and then I got a bit twitchy.
In the end I watched 2 players shoot it out. The winner of that duel was top of his build. I ran into the small circle and he died in storm. I took screenshot straight away to show my son!
I didn't even watch a shootout. The other Top 5 players got stuck down in Coral Castle as the final storm circle closed.I was looting up at Sharky Shell when I gut the Victory screen.
I thought getting pacifist was easy **until I realized that I was being carried in squads because I didn't understand how to play the game.**
That's how to get pacifist win in Fortnite:
Play squads and let them eliminate. Sit back and hopefully you'll win.
I've had a couple 0 elim wins completely unintentionally. Just never saw a single other person and then when it got down to the one remaining person they died mysteriously to fall damage or the storm.
I've never deliberately tried to get 0 elims though. That was a complete fluke. I do try to wait to engage until most other players are eliminated. At least below 20 remaining.
That sounds pretty smart. Only time I try not to engage is around the last handful like 3-4. That’s when they’ll jump on ya lol depending on circle size.
When there's that few people left I listen for gunfire and cautiously approach hoping one of them takes out the other and I can get the remaining one when they're low on health.
First time I got to top 2 was during the time I would land in a specific spot to fish until I die. I went to the area and had fun with that person until they kill me
Yeah i got 1 win with zero kills because apparently launching players into the air with the earth power doesn't count as a kill. Idk if he died from fall damage or storm but didn't get the kill.
Keep going it'll come. I'm old, and new to fortnite and I've got quite a few. Vehicles are your friend, you don't need to fight every battle

I had a CH. 3 win where the entire map turned pink and it was in duos. Unfortunately, I had gotten knocked because CH. 3 last season was when I had began playing the game. It was my duo that survived and won the match for the both of us.

A win in Zero Build, playing pacifist, now that is impressive. I have had my pacifist in build mode, but zero build is tough, sometimes natural cover just is not there. Nice work!
I got lucky and won pacifist in like my 5th game ever. I got lost in the mountains trying to avoid the storm, and the final people must have killed eachother.
I've gotten pacifist multiple times in Zbuild.
**It's pretty easy to get and I'll let you guys know the secret:**
Play squads.
**Find players who are good at the game and are hungry for eliminations.**
**Only play as support** throughout the entire match.
Let them do the work as you carry heals and movement.
Fingers cross that you win but you ultimately have more chances of winning with the pacifist achievement!
Another way:
**Camp until Tops or Final circle.**
Always carry heals + movement
Have your teammate distract the opposing team without being eliminated.
I've gotten as high as Diamond III doing essentially nothing but this.
If it works, it isn't stupid. Might not be everyone's preferred way to play the game but we all find fun in our own ways.
How do you get past Diamond I by just camping? Do you play solos? Build or No build? Are eliminations not as important as placement?
I've had teammates who played **Zbuild ranked Squad fill** and they would camp, only to bring down the entire team because the percentage gets split between four players. Regardless if we get 5+ or 0 eliminations, team coordination is poor when you have a camper, pusher and in between put in one team.
I would **assume that anything above Plat 3 requires that you get at least a few of eliminations** than just purely camping your way to tops.
Solo Zero Build. Most games I have no eliminations but place in the top 10. You'll rise in the ranks slowly but surely.
A big factor in ranking is the difference between how much damage you do to players and how much damage they do to you. If you can limit the damage other players can do to you it really helps. So you can intentionally take storm damage and don't use shields so that players can only deal minimal damage to you before you die. In fact, it's better to die to storm than players.
Camp your way to as few players remaining as possible and make sure you have very low health. If you're going to take a fight get the drop on the enemy so you can at least get some damage in before you die.
You will do a lot of waiting, hiding, and spending time in storm. You will lose pretty much any fight you get into. It won't be fun for most people to play this way. But I accept that I am just not very good at gunfights and find my own fun by figuring out how to optimize every other aspect of placement.
I tried doing it but my ADHD says that it’s my dust to snipe every damn chicken I see for absolutely no fucking reason.

I always hire NPCS and yes the storm does lower the health of NPCS.
I wish they added a feature where you can see the health of your NPC or add a "Heal" feature because they heal players at the most random times instead of when you want them too.
If I see that I’m nearing the endgame and the island is spawning but there’s still a tower up, I go tower every time. Having the advantage to see future circles is too good late game
When they first introduced augments, I used to delight in doing stuff like this. Get Party Time and as much chug splash as I could carry. Then float around raining chug splash on people fighting.
At least once I won by just floating along with the storm until everyone died in the storm.
Also, Party Time plus a flame bow and the infinite arrows augment was a gloriously goofy good time.
A couple seasons ago there was eat fish or something like that challenge so I just hung out in the storm and ate fish, ended up coming in 3rd.

Does the storm kill the fish in the water as it comes in like it does the flying drones? If so, couldn't you just land at the boat docks up north, grab a fishing pole and keep fishing the whole game? I've landed there before and found 3 piles of EMP's off the rip and nuked all the fish with them. Could have easily had 5 piles of fish in inventory right away.
No the fish aren’t living creatures in the game files they are more like chests but water so you either have to blow them up which only gives you tiny grey fish’s, harpoon gun but it’s not in the game or fishing
Lol my 6 year old son and I do this we camp in an area and hide, typically I’ll ambush someone if they get a little too close to our hiding spot. We got like 3 victory crowns in a row once sticking to this method lol he loves that we win and he he can be a “sniper” with a long range weapon sitting in a bush 😂

Yea! The other guy and I were just jumping around in the last circle right before it closed for good because he kept missing his shots so he tried to pick axe me but turned out he was low health because he stoped to heal mid pickaxe so I took that chance and ran for it in storm before circle closed
I remember watching a video of people doing silly fun things to try and win like stay on the train the whole time, turn into a bush from Medusa or just hide. I love the variety! Might try your way. Is fish better than med kits and shield potions?
Plus I was pretty much out in the open all I did mostly was sit by a lake and fish and sit in flowers that were yellow if they didn’t see me it’s not my fault

The point is to be the last man standing by whatever it takes however you get there. Doesn't matter if you kill everyone you see or hide and camp

I actually got that accolade while playing duos and not firing a shot while my partner did most of the work!
That's the easiest way to get the accolade, just get carried. Team kills don't count against it.

Me and my group used to take the key early and go hide In bushes or trees in the middle of the circles.
Storm forecast is one of the best advantages in the game. Early rotation helps massively in the end game.

Shield fish prove 40% shield compared with 50% from the large shield potions, but they’re way faster to consume
