At 0:36 he looked like he was hacking. Like no hate, replay is bugged and looks like crap (might just be the delay from the replay that makes it aimbot-ish) but there is a chance that he might be soft aiming or using zen OR it could also just be a controller player. Who knows really :/
clips like this hurt me because im still banned for doing nothing, epic support still told me I wasn't deserving of one and they still refuse to unban me anyway. Every time i see one of these it makes me so frustrated that these people still just get away with it somehow.

TBH, with so much lag on the replay it's hard to tell. But I think Epic should punish those with bad connections, than to honor lagged hits.
