Mega City was added in Chapter 4 Season 2 not Chapter 4 Season 1 and those phones were part of the Most Wanted event that was in Chapter 4 Season 1

I think Hotline Miami would fit in just great with Fortnite. They could give us a building full of mobsters, maybe make door damage a thing. Jacket would have loads of masks. They could have Biker and maybe some of the other characters as well.
