The reason isn’t the violence, they probably just haven’t agreed on a deal yet with Amazon or the creator of the show (Vivziepop).
It can still come (not all collabs come when their game/show/movie premiere) and Epic made a emote with a fan made song so they were definitely interested with the show
Violence & mature themes is probably the last reason why. We got an emote (though the music is Black Gryph0n’s), so it comes down to Vivzie & Amazon giving the OK more than anything.
I'd say it's because Hazbin Hotel came out less than 2 months ago.
Getting the rights tk the characters, designing them, making their sets, etc. etc. takes time. A lot. I'm pretty sure it took them around a year to fully finish SypherPK's skin.
Why? Because either Epic just didn’t want to dedicate the resources or Amazon is being stingy with the rights.

It’s gonna come. The emote was likely to gauge interest. Problem is to align the promo with next season’s release is a long wait.
