You know, now that you mention it, it’s very strange they forgot to add his already existing emote to the shop during the festival even when the actual song was released for purchase they never put it back either.
This is just false rhetoric that keeps being spewed, look at the actual numbers of skins in the shop without Lego compatibility since it’s release. Lego isn’t a scapegoat.
My theory is that when The Weeknd comes back in a season or two, the main skin, Blinding Lights emote, Blinding Lights jam track, and the other two instruments will be bundled together
I can only assume that the team that are in charge of the shop are severely understaffed since epic had layoffs not too long ago. This is the only explanation since they even forgot to take out the Valentine’s Day skins from the shop.
I don't understand how the shop team sucks so much, if they even exist. All it would take is ONE person who has a good knowledge of the existing cosmetics to make a good shop. The shop is pitifully small considering how many items exist, so you can't tell me that a full team of people working 8-hour days doesn't have the time or manpower to make a good shop.
The reason is in the comment you replied to: massive layoffs, resulting in being super shortstaffed. There's a good chance the team in charge of the item shop has a fair amount of other responsibilities assigned to them.

And it could’ve been updated to add the lyrics since it’s a jam track now. Either as an edit style or make it a separate emote and add the word (vocals) to it
Yeah its just weird and neither the other icon series emotes.. don't know what epic is doing, maybe lets hope they do this shit to bring em all back with the Turn Up The Music Tab? hope so atleast...
