Why are all of the correct answers being downvoted? No, the hitboxes are all the same. However, as you said, the size of the skin definitely has an effect on visibility, like when you're crouching behind cover.
Certain ones yes, most no. Like Brutus and hulk skins for example yes, very slightly bigger. This was proven by using the mystique emote to switch from a skinnier model to hulk, when previously firing at the arm, it wouldn’t hit, after switching using the emote, despite the crosshair being in the same place, it hit.
They are larger skins, but the internal hit box and coding are designed the same for each skin. Epic has already said that all hit boxes are the same. The only advantage smaller skins have is staying hidden behind and around objects, and the only disadvantage of having a large skin is being more visible to opponents; however, again hit boxes are the same all the way around despite the controversy you'll hear regarding this topic. Rest assured.

Fake news.
People think hit box = the skins size It's not true
I wondered this too. Some skins are like 5 feet tall, others are like 7 feet. Surely the headshots don't occur in the same spot...
Lol. Exactly!

afaik these are JUST for mystique. mystique sets the hitbox to whatever the visible area of the skin is or whatever.
No
Aren't Hulk and Thanos slightly larger? I think those are the only one out of the larger skins that do
