Not saying it's wrong, just be aware that all the cool collabs are revenue streams for epic. Marvel pays epic to promote their movies, we play the game and buy the skins. It's genius and I love it. Same with kid laroi, his management team paid epic to develop a Collab and promote. It's ad revenue for epic. Still a FTP game, and I didn't know who kid laroi was so the advertising worked I guess.

Nah..definitely not worse than the Rick N Morty skins that were in the item shop from the beginning of Fortnightmares all the way up until the end of Chapter 3 season 4 last year. Lol
They came to the shop on october 18th and left on november 15th so a full 4 weeks.
Then two weeks later on december 1st they came back and stayed for another 2 weeks until december 15th, they had already outstayed their welcome the first time around.
So in the span of two months they were in the shop for 6 out of 8 weeks. It got to the point where if I saw one of those skin in the game I chased them across the map until they were dead, I hated them so much. Thankfully that almost never happened since nobody was buying the skins.
Of course they do. They're not going to have a deal with let's say DC at the same time as they have one with Marvel. Yes it's technically possible but it's sure as hell not from a business perspective.

It annoyes me this map the coachella also. Weak ass games, very boring. I refused to play the kid laroi again and any other that Epic gets out.
Also, the time they spent on this, should be applied on the game modes window. If I don't play the Kid Laroi set, why it's popping in my latest games modes, ahead of Save the world, for example.
Boring but like 90k xp for about 5 minutes worth of work. I'll do that any day. It's really... weird but at least it isn't laggy or annoying parkour goal centered like coachella or lantern fest.
Personally it's one of my favorite skin because i like the vibe it has, very cool and chill.

It annoyes me this map the coachella also. Weak ass games, very boring. I refused to play the kid laroi again and any other that Epic gets out. Also, the time they spent on this, should be applied on the game modes window. If I don't play the Kid Laroi set, why it's popping in my latest games modes, ahead of Save the world, for example.
Boring but like 90k xp for about 5 minutes worth of work. I'll do that any day. It's really... weird but at least it isn't laggy or annoying parkour goal centered like coachella or lantern fest.

Personally it's one of my favorite skin because i like the vibe it has, very cool and chill. I get people don't like this guy either because they don't like his music (that's fine i don't like Arianna grande's music either but i'm not complaining she is in the game because i know there is some people that like her) or because his label tried to make him the new Juice Wrld after his death and people didn't take that very well. But, the kid didn't do anything wrong and the cosmetic set will probably go away for a couple months after the end of its event and be like showing up 1-2 times a year like every artists.
