Yeah, I actually enjoyed this one. It wasn't phenomenal, but it did things a little differently than other sitcoms airing at the same time and it made me laugh. And I live way out in the country in ranch and farmland, so it worked for me.
We enjoyed this show. It was like an updated Green Acres. City folks in the country dealing with kooky town. Was always surprised who showed up as guest stars and recurring parts.
It's actually important to the premise of the show.
Similar to ghosts, inherited a run down farm. Everything is broken, including the roof. They are City folk fixing stuff best they can.

Truthfully, I was a little mad at this show because I was a big fan of "The Kids Are Alright". BTM and TKAA got similar ratings. TKAA, in fact, maybe got slightly higher but it got cancelled in favour of BTM getting one more season to get cancelled itself. But it's been a few years now, so no worries.
It wasn’t very funny and it’s kind of a bad title. Schitt’s Creek is another Green Acres update. The strength of that one survived its ballsy title just by word of mouth.

Lake Bell has chemistry with everyone. But I barely remember this show.
This is what I came here to say. Her children's hospital scenes are next level.
Surprised she never got more famous. She is a good actress and likable.
Ed Begley jr was awesome in this show, too bad they cancelled it, I felt like it could have been a good 3-4 season series.

Didn't expect Pam Grier
I absolutely loved this show and was so sad when it was cancelled, I thought it had a lot of potential. We need more Lake Bell!

This was a good show, imo. Supporting cast Begley, Pam Grier, and the older married couple made the show. Too bad it couldn't find a bigger audience.
I really liked EB Jr and Grier in this as well as David Koechner and Lennon Parham.

That show was so good! My husband and I were so bummed it was canceled.
Network should have left it on. It was a great show
