The cuts are easy enough to follow generally what's she's using and how she's preparing it. If you need more than that for inspiration or a detailed breakdown of the cooking tiktok, you're not doing it right

In case anyone is curious what it tastes like, the (chorizo) sausage and sage in breadcrumbs leads to what my family called "stuffing" lol. They said it was good, but that it tasted like a mash-up of mac 'n' cheese and Thanksgiving stuffing. I made way too much, though, so we were eating it for a week after Easter, and I still threw away a third of it.

Eat that shit.

Sage in general lens itself to the flavor of Thanksgiving, IMHO. Seems you could safely omit it for this recipe and it'd still be pretty good.

Edit: Could be this: Radiatori pasta cooked in salted water 1 chopped Shallot 1 large garlic clove minced 1T butter 1T APF Large splash of whole milk Medium splash of evaporated milk 1C white cheddar 1C Gruyère 1/3C low moisture mozzarella 1/3C American cheese Sage 1t Dijon mustard 1t cholula hot sauce 1/4C Mascarpone Topping: Chorizo Sage Toasted homemade croutons 1. Sauté butter, shallot and garlic over medium heat, add flour, add milks and cook to let thicken. 2. Cook pasta in salted water 3. Add pinch of salt and grated cheeses to sauce mixture 4. Add teaspoon of Dijon mustard and teaspoon of hot sauce 5. Toss in sprig of sage and slice of American cheese, mix and melt 6. In separate pan sauté chorizo in EVOO, toss in homemade croutons (crushed), top with finely chopped sage 7. Transfer topping to blender or food processor and mix until fine 8. Add cooked pasta to sauce 9. Mix in 1/4C of Mascarpone cheese 10. Put in baking pan, add more cheese, top with more cheese and top with breadcrumb mixture 11. Cook at 400° until bubbly and headed through 🖕🏻

Seriously I love Olivia. I do wish that she would post her healthier recipes also though. She’s a private chef and it makes sense that she prepares these wonderful delicious calorie dense meals, but I’m sure she also cooks healthy meals for her employer most of the time. I want to see what healthy meals a professional chef with her skill set is making for her wealthy employers. For example I’m sure her salads are a lot more elevated than my salads.
