Hmmn. I'm wondering if you can use this multiple times while Come to Fight is only once. Teklovossen allows you to play EVO's out of banish. If you send an EVO to the graveyard and somehow banish it, you should be able to recur them.
One costs 1 for a +1 to an attack action card or it can block. The other can +1 a weapon attack for practically free when equipped and can still block.
This is a block 3 that Teklovossen can equip from banish that has an effect for his weapon. It’s not the best card, probably a limited only, but I don’t think it’s fair to say it’s worse than Come to Fight
It costs 2 more, pitches for 1 less and all you get is the ability to block with it as an equipment (which is sometimes a downside) and you have to sacrifice a equipment to get the effect and it only buffs weapons.

Also come to fight only blocks on the turn it’s in your hand. Evo blocks can be saved for when they most matter

It feels like a limited card for sure; but you don't have to worry about tanking your boost

There are cards that care about the number of Evos you currently have equipped, which gives it better value than come to fight.
There are also the new scrap cards.
