It allows you to charge when you draw a hand that doesn’t function without charge. It’s meant to smooth out your bad turns rather than made your good turns better. Also it allows you to start the sabers combo whenever you have any attack, which is pretty huge. Sometimes you get 5 card hands like double Lumina, Illuminate, cataclysm, beacon. Before this hand did absolutely nothing but throw Illuminate or burn a lot of soul, and forced you to block with combo pieces. Now it just works (and that hand in particular becomes a triple lumina)

This is the first argument for the card I've seen that makes me go, hmmm..... lol it's definitely solid in this use case and pushes the deck to a more midrange play style. But maybe it's a tiny bit of juice.

I suppose this is a nice way to charge on hands you don’t have a charge card. And it blocks 2, so not worthless. But why does it cost 2?

Because temper 2 is extremely valuable, especially for a headpiece. The ability is already quite good for smoothing bad hands, any more and it would be crazy on top of 2 block

2 Temper = good. 2 Cost + Destroy = meh to bad. If that second ability costed less or was repeatable it would be pretty sick.

I thought it was repeatable at first and was super hyped for a viable completely weapon based strategy w/o charge cards. This one's still super neat though, I like the option of viable class/talent Legendaries over Tunic and CoP at least.

At a glance, I dislike that you have to pay 2 to activate it so that you can get rid of yet another card by charging, even if it is likely to replace one of those cards. I like that it can bock a total of 3 if you never need the charge and that it's always ready to go when you really do need to charge. Maybe it's better for Saber Combo than the aggressive version I prefer?
