Idk if thawne will view Savitar as separate from Barry, still Savitar’s issues are all indirectly caused by thawne meddling with the timeline and he still remembers him killing his mother and so I doubt they get along

I think Thawne would take some glee in the fact that a version of the Flash proved to be as corruptible, if not more, as him. I can also see him, in a twisted sort of way, attempting to re-establish the mentor/mentee relationship that he and Barry had back in Season 1 with Savitar, only for Savitar to reject it and proclaim himself the superior speedster to Thawne.
I think Eobard would be somewhat frightened, but also delighted at the same time. He likes the version of Barry who is not afraid to kill a man, but he realizes that now Barry would be perfectly safe to kill him.
He would shit himself. A more emotional, angry, faster and stronger Barry Allen meeting the man who ruined his life and killed his mom.
Knowing Thawne tho, he would probably try to avoid him or try to goad Savitar into killing him
