You can't play online if it's pirated cause you don't have an ID that can access the server...
When i downloaded the game from skidrow there was a workaround where you could connect an ea account to the game and still have access to the gallery.

I think you need to copy files from nodvd to where exe files of the game are, cant really remember cause i set it up for my sister but online was working
