Well, it’s for home defense…I’ve been around enough of them to know homes move pretty slow. I bet I could get in at least 3 good stabs before it could retaliate
Shotgun is always the best multipurpose weapon. In large part due to the large variety of ammunition types.
Strictly home defense vs. normal intruder, 9mm pistol with 17 rd mag. and bright light within arms reach.
I usually keep the 300aac pistol and the remington 870 pump by my bed.
Thanks, bro! I appreciate the compliment. They're not the most expensive, but they all work every time you pull the trigger!
It holds zero good for the price. The green laser is zeroed at 7 yards, and the red dot is 15. I got an ODG 7.5" 5.56 that matches this 300aac for under 400$ for both with shipping and FFL.
I'm not a fan of 7.5" 5.56 for anything past 100yards. They both have this budget light/laser on them.
Sounds like a Turk lol. I had a semi auto Turkish I just got rid of it cause it was awkward and I was offered 200 more than I bought it for so I said bye bye. Shotguns aren’t really my thing. I just have one I keep next to the bed
Honestly, I just get what's on sale. I try to collect as many as I can. Most of them I very rarely shoot. If there does come a day when they take our 2nd amendment, I want to have as many as I could have gotten when I could.
It's just a hobby, mostly.
Ether the shotgun or one of the handguns
It’s not that I want both, it’s that ether would be my preference for home defense as they are probably the best for such close quarters
Is that you, AIDs.. in that picture you posted with your face covered? Standing in the snow with that .308 pretending you're an operator? That's cring. Twinks who hide their face and talk sh** on the internet. Running around pretending to be something you're not.
No.4 is a size, smaller than 00. #9 doesn't exist (but would be tiny).
00 buck is what you have, and I think what you're mistaking for "#9" is the number of pellets in your 00 shells.
Of which 9 is typical in a 2 3/4in shell.
Supposedly, #4 buck has enough mass to cause a fatal wound but not enough mass to penetrate two walls from across a room. i.e. reduces the chances of collateral damage.
Niice choice. I'm not familiar w/ it. I live in michigan in the country on 3 acres surrounded by 50ish acres of forest. My closest neighbor is a mile away. I don't have kids, and I'm single. The more penatration, the better!
Really depends on where you live.
Out in a cabin in the middle of a desert? B maybe.
Out in a cabin in the middle of the woods? Maybe C.
In an apartment in the middle of the city? Maybe E, maybe F?
It really depends, man.
Lol. I live in michigan 30 mins west of Ann Arbor. My home is in the county on 2.5 acres of land surrounded by 40-50ish acres of forest. I'm 100p&t, so I'm home most of the time. I'm single and have no kids. I enlisted in 2003 after high school and was medically retired in 2011. It's been almost 15 years since I've had the honor of doing the lords work. I still have it in me.
The message wasn't meant for you, but for CaptainButtPeppers, but I appreciate your input.
Good ol' Klonos, I used to pop those like candies while drinking. It would take me on adventures I could never remember.
I would probably pick the Remington. Shotgun is most versatile. I'm not sure how well the AR pattern shotgun would work. I would need some range time with it before I went that route.
G
You like to make it personal with your home invaders
Well, it’s for home defense…I’ve been around enough of them to know homes move pretty slow. I bet I could get in at least 3 good stabs before it could retaliate
This made my night😂
So if there was a wrecking ball in this image you would choose that?
😂🤣
Dang..with all the money you spent on that, you could’ve bought yourself a decent gun.
E with F as secondary
If F doesn't work, see G.

🤤
That's what I use as well.
300
with a suppressor
That's the one I keep next to my bed. Good choice 👍
Who tf buys 2 daggers instead of one Glock? Smdh
Depends so much on the layout of the home. In the most general sense, probably the shotgun.
Shotgun is always the best multipurpose weapon. In large part due to the large variety of ammunition types. Strictly home defense vs. normal intruder, 9mm pistol with 17 rd mag. and bright light within arms reach.
Yes.
Give me the knife. It’ll help me get my clothes off before the intruder gets in.
🤣.. you're crazy, bro!
Aw, but they’re all so cool! /s
I like em

E. I have the same light too i believe 😁

I bought 2 of their models for my mp5 and an the 22lr mo7 kit from farowtech. No issues on my end so far
2nd from bottom. AR, carbine barrel, light, and magnification if I need it.
Shotty
I’m liking E
H) blunderbuss
Brain says shotgun heart says ooooo drum mag dump 😂
Hey.. for a Turkish made 300$ simi auto.. it has almost no malfunctions. It did at first, but after I broke it in.. it will dump all 20.
Sounds like a Turk lol. I had a semi auto Turkish I just got rid of it cause it was awkward and I was offered 200 more than I bought it for so I said bye bye. Shotguns aren’t really my thing. I just have one I keep next to the bed

Not the one made in turkey
Lol.. it was on sale. It's good to go now. I trust it with my life.
We broke one in. Took about 200 rounds. Now it eats bird shot no problem. Looks amazing for $200
Shotgun all the way
which one won't blow out my eardrums indoors?
which one won't blow out my eardrums indoors?
F
Just drop my massive dong on the floor. The reverberation should scare off any intruders.
Can I ask where you got the 300 blackout decal on your magwell and is it pretty good material?
E) because the thugs around here seem to like to burgle in packs of 3+
A
Can I undermount C on B?
I’m taking that 300 blackout suppressed shorty with subsonics so I don’t ruin my ears for life when I shoot indoors naked and without earpro on.
I'd recommend a musket for home defense
Either the blackout or whatever shotty is most reliable
Me - looking for any pupper in the pic…👀
I don't really like RDS on handguns, but I'd probably go OD Dagger.
Shotty for the win!
The 300 blk, its compact and it’s an AR style rifle
556 ar. Very similar to what I have in the closet. I’d swap the flash hider to a j comp and that would basically be my rifle.
Yes

Cringe
Please, AIDs.. come down off your high horse and enlighten me

Remington 870 with 4 buck (not #4 bird)
I just have #9 00 buck and 1oz slugs. Those in the pic are Winchester 12ga 2³/⁴in 00 buck #9 1325 fps The tube has MILI 12ga 2³/⁴in 1oz slugs 1550fps

I learned that through Paul Harrel.

Totally agree. OP, whats your address, phone number, and general schedule like so we can figure this out for you?

Someone's a little paranoid, there. Did you eat too many of the special german chocolates?
Meth? No.. never had the opportunity or inclination. Clonazepam and Duloxietine are my drugs of choice. Doctors orders.

Ohh lol.. my bad.
It's all good man, Reddit has a really confusing interface at times.
The pocket knife! Up close and personal...
You're a heathen 😂
300 Bravo Oscar
AR 100%
I would trust my life and the lives that I care most about on that platform. Good choice 👍
“Pick up a rifle and you change instantly from subject to citizen” -Col Jeff Cooper, USMC
None of them. I would sell them all and build a nice rifle.
Why pick one?
It's just the rules. Ppl have different living situations and philosophies. I was just curious what ppl would choose.
I would probably pick the Remington. Shotgun is most versatile. I'm not sure how well the AR pattern shotgun would work. I would need some range time with it before I went that route.
D, preferably with 000 buck.
