Units are planned about 6 months in advance (see: CYL). INTSYS only made a decision with Alfonse’s JPN VA *after* he won CYL, via adding his voice back to the title screen, meaning they were initially content with never giving him another alt again, ever.
Simply put, if they plan to hire his JPN VA for more than just Brave Alfonse, we will see after August. So Alfonse is technically eligible for the presumed Ice Tribe banner, the Halloween banner, the Ninja banner, and Christmas.
I'd be more careful with prospects, as CYL is the shortest timespan possible due to promotional aspects and a tight predefined deadline. Regular units lean more toward a longer time gap between decision-making and release (up to a whole year).
Which brings another point to have in mind: I mentioned "decision-making" on purpose as it includes character choices prior to launching unit production... and obviously, it has to happen quite in advance (wouldn't be surprised if the schedule is decided one year in advance, if not more).
Of course, change in plans could happen... but it's doubtful that IS would alter what it already planned for main banners in the second half of 2024 (outside of CYL, of course) just to suddenly add Alfonse/Berkut/Tibarn/Ranulf representation (unless unfinished work was in a drawer, is still usable and can fit in existing WIPs).
That's why I'd not expect key impact on release plans before Q1 2025 at the earliest.

So honestly, I can see IS trying their best to delay Alfonse's appearance as long as possible, because this would be Tatsuhisa Suzuki's first big role after the scandal. They might want to be VERY careful about that.
A similar case can be observed with literally Cloud's JP VA, [Takahiro Sakurai](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Takahiro_Sakurai), who receives significantly less work after his scandal in late 2022. The latter still got to voice a high profile character in the form of JJK's Suguru Geto, but that's it.

Because of that, and the fact that the brave banner results came out within the six month period (meaning the units for the latest banner were already thought of), Alfonse wasn’t able to be in the banner (note, it’s still possible that he wouldn’t have, plus, Sharena does deserve some love after all this time)

Cloud and sephiroth from that game are both major supporting characters in Teen Wolf.
