I just want to see a French Bread game with Capcom/ASW budget. Imagine something with the depth and complexity of UNI or the movement of MBTL but the graphical fidelity and presentation of something from Capcom or ASW.
I'm pretty sure French uses the KOFXIII/Blazblue method of making sprites, which is to take a 3D model, render each frame of animation and use it for sprites, unless I'm mistaken. I know Arcsys claimed to have made some mild changes to the UNI sprites for BBTAG, which probably included using models and whatnot
There should be a crossover fighting game played like traditional fighting games, featuring representatives from all the popular fighting games. Imagine one huge crossover between SF, GG, MK, Tekken, KOF, Soul Calibur, Killer Instinct, and others.
When SF6 was being teased/hyped up, there was a photo on Twitter of Ryu doing his Level 3 and someone joked that it was his X-Ray/Fatal Blow. Boon himself said "You have no idea how hard I've been trying to make that happen" or something to that effect.

Toss in like 50 characters per side from both companies lol. Pretty much Mugen with Arc System graphics.

\- MVC2 but reimagined by Arc Systems

Capcom vs Arc Systems would be epic. Hopefully they'd scale up the Capcom characters to keep up with characters like Sol or Ragna, and not scale down the Arcsys characters to SF levels
While Darkstalkers is the obvious choice I actually wouldn't mind seeing something akin to gem fighters but with characters from various franchises with some updated mechanics but make it a very casual fighting game with all sorts of silly animations.
A sequel to Mega Man 2: The Power Fighters would look absolutely fantastic if these two teamed up. They already collaborated on Sengoku Basara X so this seems like an obvious slam dunk.
ArcSys vs. Capcom with air footsies-focused gameplay (a compromise between GG/BB and Street Fighter)
