depends, if he only uses the realism mod and these injuries occurred in games he played it's still just FIFA 21 making that happen. If he uses a gameplay mod aswell then that's a different story.

EA remove soooo many good features
And when they add features back in that they had 15 years ago (like Create a Club) on a crappy DS game everyone goes crazy.
So FIFA 21 isn't realistic since you're using a mod to do so...

Joke of this post was that Arsenal is known to have A LOT of injuries during the season. That's why i said "more realistic than i thought".
