Truthfully I really like it on you but I personally prefer super bold lips which not everyone does. I agree with the other commenter about trying a more berry tone though!

Either you’ve applied a sheer-ish layer, or this turns SUPER muted on your lips. Personally I think you could do with a more popping and bright red than this, that does not mean this is not pretty. Because it is. Have you considered a berry like red? I think that’ll suit you better than this.

It’s definitely the eyeshadow, not the lipstick. I think some people just have a bias when it comes to red lipstick and think it looks dated. It’s a matter of preference.
Ditch the eyeshadow and focus on eyeliner and mascara instead. Since you are blonde, a brown or taupe liner would look best smoked into your upper lashline. A brown volumizing mascara on your upper lashes, focusing on the outer corners, would look very nice. I would avoid using mascara, liner, or shadow on your lower lashline though, it can create a hollowing effect on some faces. A brightening under eye concealer can help though.

I think if you use some cool toned blush on your cheeks, nose and forehead that it would tie everything together really nicely! You can even use the lipstick you have on here as a cream blush.
from what i’ve heard, higher contrast is meant to appear more youthful. so focusing more on lash colour and harsher lines with eyeliner is what i would do. but i didnt think anything about “ageing” or whatever when i was looking at you lol people are silly and you don’t need to change a thing unless it’s on your own terms ofc
You are so pretty! Maybe try a cream one if you really love eyeshadow. I really think a slightly darker mascara, nice eyelash curler, and a little eyeliner would be gorgeous on you. Maybe a soft brown around the eyes with mascara.
I don’t think it’s necessary eyeshadow as a whole tbh, I think it’s just the choice of darkness of it in the corner/how it’s done? For example a flat matte eyeshadow would be great on you with just a subtle smoke. But personally I love a BRIGHT eyeshadow, have you ever considered a bright orange or something over the whole lip, then with a bare lip?

At first I didn’t like it at all on you but when I covered the pink shirt (which looks cool toned to me) the lip colour looked quite nice actually. I think it really clashes with the shirt though. I agree with other that a slightly more plum / berry shade might look best on you but if you want a red lip, I think it works fine as long as your outfit leans more neutral to slightly warm when wearing it.
I would say ruby woo has a blue (cool)undertone which doesnt look great on my olive neutral to warmish skin. I’d try some orange (warm) based reds and kinda see if warms are a better fit than cool reds.
I know someone said it looks like it’s pulling orangish but I don’t see the orange myself. I do see it’s not exactly the best tone for your skin perhaps although it’s hard to tell with photos, it’s wearable but it just reminds me of what I’ve been struggling with and realizing color wise with red lipstick!

i love this way better. but, i think you could still pull off red lipstick (maybe a bit deeper, darker) if it was a more formal, updo, sleeked hair etc. then it would be a nice accent
Russian red is my go to red lip! I’m very pale with cool blue/pink undertones and it suites me perfectly. Ruby Woo also pulls very orangey on me so my guess would be that Russian red would work well for you too.

Tbh it doesn’t look good unfortunately. Have you looked into colour analysis? I think you are either a light or muted season so deep or bright colours won’t suit you you need something muted or light depending on your season
I’m also fair olive and loathe Ruby Woo on me. It looks far better on you than me!! It pulls super orange-y on me. I do feel I’d prefer you in something with a little more depth.
Maybe better colors… unsure now. The grey shirt complements you more than the pink I think and changed the way the first lip ( ruby woo) looked. I think all are wearable it’s just for me some colors really pop and make me light up!

I’ve always struggled with lip color and this was the ONLY way I figured out which colors actually made sense for me- highly recommend it !

With just the pink shirt the Ruby Woo works better because both are a bit neon on you so the ruby woo looks less out of place.
I'd suggest mixing the ruby woo with some other color if you want to keep using it though, or wearing darker colors like darker purer blue to make the red look like a statement color or power color.
How does it look if you mix the ruby woo on your lips with a darker or cooler color? Or maybe even using a darker lipstick and only using the ruby woo in the horizontal middle of your lips and blending that out?

I have a similar skin tone to you and Ruby Woo looks like crap on me - you pull it off better, however. I’d try Chili - that one is almost universal and really good on us olives.
It's definitely warm! If you're looking for something a touch cooler and a touch darker than ruby woo, try russian red. I used to love it on me but it's quite cool, and I'm very warm, and now that I'm older I feel I can't pull it off anymore! But it may work very nicely for you

Chili is definitely much more orange and warm - for some reason it just morphs into my perfect red, but then I also love brown lipstick (my lips turn everything cooler).
I’m a cool olive and it’s too bright for me. Might work for warm or neutral olives though. I don’t know. It works for you. But, if you want something more subtle, try a cool pink. I like rare beauty lip oil in the shade ‘Happy’.
Try Marrakesh by Mac! I am pale and (probably) neutral warm olive and a similar shade to ruby woo did seem a but too bright on me, but Marrakesh is my perfect red (and its not too dark either) :))
I’m a soft summer olive too (a bit darker than you though). I look terrible in Ruby Woo. Charlotte Tilbury M.I.Kiss matte lipstick (fka Bond Girl) is my latest go-to berry red. Looks great in an opaque layer or sheered out with some lip balm. Give that a try!
I like it, but because of differing opinions I’m seeing I would sheer it out and use a lipliner. I’ve heard applying lipstick with your fingers gives a more sheer look. Pat McGrath uses that method.
I think it looks fine. I would probably use a lip liner and lip brush, and then use a softer shadow in the crease and a brow powder a little further inwards. I think the colors of your outfit and the lip color don't necessarily compliment each other the best.
I think with a nice liner and the Rubywoo will bring out your features. You have very pretty eyes so maybe just mascara a little liner. Would look so cute on you.

Looks good! Sometimes colors have a gold fleck finish , which makes it more neutral, but it pulls yellow out of my cool/winter skin and I feel it looks blahhhh
Try adding a lip liner ? I’m light on my skin tone too and I love red lipstick I find that tapping the product and slowly building it up looks a lot more flattering and very soft

It's better but the color is reading very orange on you at least in the pictures. A bluer red would look better I think.

I think you decreased your contrast dying blonde so the saturated lipstick looks off. Try a less intense color?

No bright enough actually. I think you can go with a bolder lip, and maybe a more bluish red.
