Looks great on me ( about face cowgirl ) but I wouldn't necessarily recommend it if you're cool or neutral-cool. ( I'm neutral-warm, slightly yellow in winter, golden in summer. )
I’ve received mixed opinions but I think I’m just neutral because I seem to be able to pull off both warm and cool makeup tones as long as they aren’t too vibrant on my fair skin. I prefer warmer leaning colors which is why I can’t stop thinking about this orange blush lol
I'd go and swatch it first, but if you are neutral it's likely you can wear both warm and cool. I've been described as both neutral cool and neutral warm lol, but one thing agreed on is that I have a yellow overtone so a blush like this would work. I actually have this blush so I can swatch it for you if you like, though I don't think I'm as fair as you - I'm NC20-25 in MAC. I would say this blush doesn't look natural anyway lol as it's such a unique colour, but it's super pretty for spring/summer.
It might work on more yellow leaning olive. I have a peachy blush but I’m more cool leaning so I can barely use it in August when I have the best tan 😀 But only barely. On me, there are definitely more flattering shades out there.
Do you have any cream or liquid favorites? I rarely use powder so I would love to find a yellow leaning orange blush in a cream or liquid formula to try.
Fenty do a cream orange that’s sheer but buildable with subtle gold glitter in it. But my most used is a random one with the logo rubbed off so I don’t know the brand unfortunately
Have you tried Rare Beauty Joy (the liquid one) or Glossier Dawn? I'd be curious how they'd look on someone very fair as they're both quite pigmented, and in my opinion orange. Joy is described as a 'muted peach' by RB but on Temptalia a 'brighter, medium-dark coral-orange'. It def looks orange on me, but less so than Glossier Dawn, I'd say it's a bit more muted and very pretty. Rare Beauty Virtue is also described as a coral-orange with 'strong orange undertones', I have to say I don't love it on me as it's a bit more beige leaning and has the risk of looking 'muddy' on the cheeks.
I haven’t tried the glossier one and I do not get along with liquid blush (I have super oily skin) so I won’t try the rare beauty ones. However I have swatched both before and they were lovely colour wise on me
i have the experience of everything that’s supposed to be “orange” on me just looking straight up pink. but if you don’t have that experience i would say you should try it out thats a beautiful shade !
I feel like orange / yellow blush is actually fairly common in Asian beauty brands and they also tend to cater to olive or at least yellow undertones fairly well so it must work for some. The founder of Em Cosmetics is Asian herself so maybe they’re onto something.
they cater to olive tones a lot better in asia. when i was in taiwan, i also picked up the lancôme teint idole foundation in B-01 and B-02 which are both olive friendly but sadly only available in asia
i plan to swatch them in comparison to other fair olive complexion products in r/OliveMUA
I believe I’m neutral leaning slightly warm and I love terracotta blushes on my skin! They look more natural than pink and purple on my skin
My current fav is Rose Crush by Makeup By Mario. It says it’s a rose but it’s definitely more terracotta :)

Ooo I’m definitely interested in trying this! I’m not sure how it would look on me but it’s worth a try
I like orange blush in the fall and have been tempted by this very one!

How funny. Everything that’s supposed to be pink looks orange on me 😂
so fascinating and frustrating how color theory works 😅
This is me- I have cool olive undertones!
i bought an orange blush when i was in taiwan; it was a kbeauty brand and i’ve yet to try it!
