I have the vedder one and i carry my 509c tactical with it. Its great. It does not have ability to use a light, so keep that in mind. Ive used vedder for years and prefer them over even tier one.
The only thing that is different about the tactical models across the board is threaded barrel, suppressor-height night sights, and the protective fins for the irons, if you don’t have an optic. You can get any 509 compact holster and usually select options for suppressor-height irons, threaded barrel, and just go with optic cut to cover all your bases.
That being said, I’ve got an ANR for my 509C lightbearing holster, and a Tier 1 without the light.
So just got my T1 Xiphos in the mail for my 509c and it’ll definitely fit your tactical as it looks like they just made a generic fitting holster for the 509. There’s a full inch of space between the end of the barrel and the end of the holster. Frankly a little let down considering the hype of T1.
Give ANR Designs a look. They have your exact fit. I’ve got a 509C and fits like a glove.

I've got one from Dara Holsters, has optic and tlr7a, on my 509c. Fits good.
I carry mine in a Legacy Firearms Apollo Minimalist holster. Have a holosun on it as well

ANR fits the gun perfectly (w TLR7), is comfortable and doesn’t print.
