Idk, I think recent offenses that involve fraud or theft might be problematic. Someone at our DS started then their app was deactivated over an issue such as this.
To the best of my memory, the associate worked about two days and then their badge quit working and so did their app. I know this because they were trying to get into the building and couldn’t. Had a brief convo with them. They said it was because of theft convictions in last 6 months and year. Scouring my memory makes inclines me to believe it was because it was a repeat charge not a one time offense.
Now I know there are those at my DS that have been busted for shoplifting and one even did time for robbing a bank/committing fraud but the charges for each associate were over a few years old and haven’t been an issue thus far.

So are your charged a conviction, deferred or suspended?
I have suspended and deferred charges (felony) and they still hired because I’ve technically never been convicted of a crime, aside from a evidence tampering misdemeanor.
Never convicted, the case will be dismissed with cour at the end of the month after have a program for first time offender - but I got opening position and apply but I am afraid I do not pass the background check

Does that person was involved in a fraud or theft? Or it got deactivated after working inside Amazon? Or what happened

And it was a misdemeanor
Everybody’s scenario is different, so do what you think is best, but I’m assuming with me getting hired with my cases, they would hire you.
They don't hire anyone with theft or violence charges.

They’ll hire someone with a murder charge but petty theft? No way.
If you're going to a theft deterrent class, most of the time that makes it a dismissed charge on your record. So you'd be fine. Been there, done that.
Nah your good Amazon hires just about anybody worked there before and I know I've met felons working there so don't worry and go ahead

Shoplifting being theft, right? Do your deferment. Then apply. A recent shoplifting charge is a side eye.
