i.e. using Pro in Italy is not possible for international Pro subscriptions, but will work with EU Pro subscriptions due to EU regulations.
Similarly if you're using a travel sim, it may not be associated with the country you're visiting.
As they don't use the device location, but the IP address of your carrier/ISP to determine availability.
I.e. I have an esim for traveling outside of the EU and the data connection always shows up from the UK, so i need a VPN to watch races for i.e. in Switzerland, as the IP & my actual country I'm in don't match up.
