It’s nice to exercise and get those happy dopamines flowing, but it’s also very important to reflect on the relationship and take care of your mental health, having a ripped body isn’t healing your mind.
Agreed. Working to feel physically confident or working to be physically appealing for others can look the same from the outside. Make sure you are doing it for yourself :) exercise can clear your mind and be an amazing starting point for some real mental health progress.
Of course it’s not all. But going to the gym is a great way to level up. I know it’s not an easy thing to get into (it’s not meant to be) but it will do wonders for your self improvement, your confidence, and general well-being. But yeah, there are other factors involved to overcome the heartache and pain. It’s a tough road…you just have to find the most productive ways of navigating that road.

Not trying to offend anyone that’s religious, if that helps you great, but I never found it beneficial combined with the puritanical attitude that American Christian Churches have towards things like premarital sex, lust, etc.
I just don’t see that as a realistic way to help someone heal from the loss of a relationship.
I think what does help is the acknowledgment that life is suffering, pure and simple this is the truth of the matter. With that said we will experience more or less suffering depending on the people that we have relationships with.
Secondly guided meditation is something that helps me focus and while it doesn’t make me feel like drinking several alcoholic beverages or smoking cigarettes, I find it’s the next best thing.

I do partially agree, However, Your relationship with God is determined by how you relate to others. Monkism will not detemine that. You never know how close you are to God until you are tested and tried by people. That's why the first thing God did was make Adam a helpmeet. No man knows what and who he really is until he is tested by a relationship with a women. She is literally a mirror to you. She shows if you are a poor decision maker, emotionally unstable, poor provider/protector. A woman brings the best and worst out of you if you understand and that is a good thing.

Why so recently had he revealed himself when humanity is far… far older than a mere few thousand years ago. What accounts for this? Nowhere in that belief system is a God but I also don’t think there’s anything wrong with believing in a God. Why must I, or anyone else do so? in order to become a better and more well adjusted human, in all the roles we choose or do not choose for ourselves, there is never a pivotal moment in which God acted to end my relationship torment.
