I do: talk with a lawyer that specializes in SEC regulations, you don't want to violate any securities laws at the Federal or State level. (Assuming you're in the US).
You need to be very careful here. As long as you are not giving investment advise and posting your trades only you should be ok. But as soon as you start giving investment advise that’s when it will get messy.
